When I checked in the staff was not people friendly. She acted as if I was putting her out by needing her to check me in. When I got to my room it had a very musty smell. When I pulled the bedding out of the closet for the hide away bed in the couch , it looked like it had been wadded up and thrown into the bag. I concluded that's exactly what had been done when I pulled it from the bag and it had blood on it. Yes blood. And the front desk staff acted as though I was crazy when I walked it down and asked for clean bedding due to the blood . There were wires running to nowhere in the bedroom just hanging out by the heating/ cooling unit. The door knob on the doors separating the bedroom from the living room was missing a screw so it just sort of hung there. Luckily I had my mini screwdriver in my purse and I screwed The single screw holding the knob on the door tight, making it somewhat usable. To get bathroom or bedroom door to shut properly you had to lift it as you shut it. Or the French style doors just smacked into each other. There were no screens on the windows, yes both windows. And we were on the 4th floor. They had stops in the track, so they could only open so far, but still no screen. The bed was comfortable , and the breakfast was standard for hotel breakfasts. In the end I wish I'd have gone with a standard room instead of the deluxe with it's own bedroom for twice the price. Or went with a different hotel all together.

When we arrived, the internet was down, no backup internet and they said they couldn’t check us in until the internet was back on. We had to wait around and ended up not bring able to stay there. We had to find a new hotel with no offer of assistance from La Quinta Inn

Very nice hotel. Plenty of room to walk your dog. My only complaint is the floors were dirty in my room and in the stairwells !

Our 2 night stay turned into extended stay due to unpredictable Colorado weather. The staff made our stay bearable. Was glad to be here.

The staff is great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The equipment in the exercise room is never clean and in working condition. No towels or lysol wipes. This time around, the water dispenser was empty.

The hotel, as a building, was great. Clean room, comfy bed. However, this morning as we’re carting our luggage to the truck, an uprooted tree (being held up solely by a handicap parking sign) was blocking the walkway. Then we found out someone broke into our cargo trailer and stole my husband’s tools. While the hotel can’t be responsible for what happens in the parking lot, they could install security cameras outside in an attempt to deter criminal behavior. But it’s Colorado and this state has sadly become a horrible place in recent years.

We arrived late to this location and the service desk lady was very friendly. However, they did not accept cash and it was 4 am so the lady allowed me to check in and go to the bank the next day when I woke up to put money in my account to pay. We got up around 1, took showers and were headed out when the manager came banging on our door screaming management!!! i opened the door to a lady yelling at me that i had 20 minutes to get out. i tried to explain she said she didn't care and we needed to leave now. we had reserved 2 nights and she said no. get out now. so we left. Ive never been treated this way by management in my life. she wouldn't even let me talk. horrible experiance. do not reccomend

They changed my reservation from two beds to one without notification. We made it work, but still unfortunate. The hotel was fully booked.

Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were incredibly soft. Housekeeping is by request which I really appreciate. Toiletries were good. I had to clean a handful of hair out of the tub drain to get it to drain. We own vacation rentals and this is part of our routine cleaning. We were a band in Pueblo for state competition; they knew what time we were arriving. There were other bands arriving as well. There was only one person at the checkin desk. They opened up a meeting room to accommodate the number of people for breakfast. Great customer service. Breakfast was just ok but included. Sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt.
