    Food was good, stay was good and it was comfortable, location was great for the price since it was close to union square and prices were not high

    Total disappointment

    The management at hotel zeppelin exhibits a significant lack of competence. The rooms, painted in a dark shade, are of poor quality. If your room faces the street, regardless of the floor, expect to hear all the noise from the road due to the single-pane windows. The air conditioning is notably louder than a diesel or petrol car. Additionally, the hotel imposes a $35 amenity fee, essentially a service fee, excluding taxes. During my 6-night stay, the total amenity fee, including taxes, amounted to $199. 50. At check-in, my card was charged $600, with $400. 50 later reversed, indicating a deduction for the amenity fee. However, a separate charge of $199. 50 was never reversed despite multiple attempts and incurring additional international roaming charges for calls to the unhelpful staff. This level of incompetence is unparalleled in my hotel experiences. For a more satisfactory stay, consider jw marriott across the street, where hospitality issues are less likely to arise. My stay at hotel zeppelin has been an overall disappointment.
