The absolutely unsanitary place EVER. There was a used syringe left in the room. The curtains looked like bullet holes that went through them and electrical tape used to patch them. Roaches the rooms were supposed to be nonsmoking. They smelled like smoke and burn holes from a cigarette on the comforters.

They DO NOT WASH the sheets! Burn holes all in the sheets and when I went to take the sheets off a lighter fell out which tells me they never changed the sheets they just put the same ones back on! Come on! Ratchet as hell. Do NOT waste your money here. Crack heads hanging around the whole building. Everything was falling apart in the room like the dressers and tables. Waste of time had to drive the rest the way to our destination with NO SLEEP and TWO babies

Michael the front desk employee was rude refused to assist with calling hotel.com and sat and watched the phone ring when hotel.com tried to reach him he insisted I would have to pay again refused to call his manager or do anything to help with the matter. I did not have to pay again it was all on his side and I did not have to pay again it magically worked all of a sudden had to wait over 45 min due to his inability to do his job or have any customer service or support. I use Wyndham a lot will not use this hotel ever again management has not responded to my complaint either

They should not be allowed to advertise as Breakfast Included. All they have is Walmart breakfast bars and old, small 3-packs of donuts. It was terrible.

The room had cockroaches everywhere includingthe bed...we had to switch to a different room... Breakfast can’t be called breakfast. Is coffee and hot water setting...terrible coffee thought. Tested like water..orange juice Tested like sweetened water or so...I would not send anyone there..sorry

Room 127 There were roaches in the corner of the room. and cob webs in several corners, a spider came down from the light fixture while i was brushing my teeth. As I rose up from rinsing my mouth, he spun back up to light fixture. The curtains were falling and had two bullet size holes in them. Several people appeared to be living in the hotel and were noisy. The air conditioning sounded like a loud motor.

Undermaintained. There was a water leak in the wall from the sink. The room smelled of mildew, the door didn’t shut properly and had light gaps. This is a residential hotel for lower income persons and someone knocked on our door several times throughout the night.

Room was not very clean and there was only 1 towel for the to of us. Canceled the week stay and requested reimbursement. Had to request refund from expedia. Looking for my refund.

First I had a reservation. I told them would be about 10:30 when I would arrive. When I got there it was a very easy check in process. Room was clean. Parking great. My only complaint would be bo coffee in room and the fridge smelled.

Didn't look into this property before booking, just needed a spot for my son and I for two nights. When we arrived at midnight it was too late to look for somewhere else so we stayed the night. There were prostitutes out back and a guy on a motorcycle ridding by the rooms at 3 am. There were two towels and one was badly stained. The room stunk really bad as well. I prepaid for two nights and did not return after the first night we went somewhere else.

Was there about 5 minutes and that time doesn’t include the time we sat in my car scared to get out! The room was disgusting. The place didn’t feel safe for me and my two grandsons to stay. There was an older lady sitting outside the room and I asked her if it was quiet place and she told me sometimes it it and sometimes it isn’t. So we left and went to another hotel.

The room was a little expensive with some slight disrepair and there's a lot of noise around the hotel, but the staff went above and beyond for me.
