The hotel is comfortable but can be more luxurious if they pay attention on few aspects of bed quality and food quality and range and options

It took 20 minutes for them to help us checking in and they asked us to keep passport till checkout. While checking out, they charged us for water that we used from fridge while price was no where mentioned. Checking out took another 20 minutes. They charge high amount for cab to Hoi An, so better to take cab from outside, it's green colour cab.

The hotel was ok but they charge for every single thing n not helpful at all. If u lost your room keys also they'll charge u bomb for that without any information thats very sad people are coming to their country n they just want to steal money from them.
