I recently stayed at mercure hotel and i must say, the service was very good! the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The restaurant offered some vegan food meals that made my stay even more enjoyable. Check-in and check-out process, which was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Extremely lovely place to stay at. Very cute petite room, loved the quaint design. Amenities smelled 😍😍😍 Food options were unlimited to select from. You have vegan, vegetarian and all other kinds of options which was worth it even more

Nyc memorable stay

Hotel was good with enough space with 2 floor, seating at level 1 and sleeping at level 2. Bed was good size. Buffet breakfast was very nyc with good options even for vegetarian people.

We had a super great experience!
the staff were extremely supportive and helpful and everything that the hotel had to offer was unforgettable.
Perfect stay experience. Room was so neat and clean with all amenities. Staff were so helpful and kind. You will like living in castle and imagine yourself as king or queen. Hotel is surround by loads of french condiments and restaurants. View is amazing. Fully enjoyed here.
It was a great experience. The special entrance time for the hotel guests early in the morning is what actually completes your trip. It makes it worth the price. Beautiful property and heated pool is a benefit. Staff is really nice and cooperative

There are many advantages of staying at ban hills. 1. They have a separate check in building, so that you dont have to get in the same queue as non-resident visitors. 2. After 5:30, the crowd starts going down. Simao you get private french village experience. 3. Rides are on till 7 pm. So you get private experience there too. 3. Entire village is lit up till 11:30 at night. So stroll around and eat a delightful dinner without anyone to disturb you. 5. Only the guests get to visit the golden bridge for nearly 2 hrs before the gates open to the non-staying visitors. The hotel itself is very nice. Rooms are not very lavish but neat and clean. Best part is their lavish breakfast. Food choices are limitless and quality is excellent.

Excellent stay with small cosy rooms that provide easy access to the golden bridge … The breakfast buffet was excellent as there was a variety.. one must stay overnight to enjoy the village ..the staff is cooperative but communication is a problem at times… overall an excellent stay

It’s a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are a bit small but very nice place to stay. The french village outside the hotel makes it even more special where you can find the castles all around you. If your visiting ban a hills then please don’t miss the stay.

Love the experience here it was magical. If you visit ba na hills it’s a must stay at mercure. They upgraded our rooms for free as we were on our wedding celebration. Superb hospitality and attention to detail. Very customer centric staff. We were attended by miss cécé at restaurant and she served us to most optimum service. Overall clean and elegant hotel. Reminds me of Paris.

A very beautiful property in a very beautiful hill station - french village. Their indoor heated swimming pool is the best. Buffet breakfast is mind blowing. The european music that they play all day long is very soothing to the ears.

I had the best hotel view room facing the central place. Everything- the foid, the service, transfers, was perfect. I left my mobile charger in my room and the next day i received a message about it. Probably i love the place ban a hills and the mercure hotel

Wonderful stay

The process right from the check-in was smooth. The staff was always helpful from carrying the luggage to pointing us to the right restaurant, they were always ready to help. The view from the room was amazing. The breakfast spread was huge and we had lots of vegetarian options. It was great to start the day having breakfast with french village in backdrop at the outside seating area of the restaurant.

Beautifully constructed city on top of the hill. It was like a trip to European Town. A wonderland Staying at the Mercure, helped us get to the Golden bridge in the evening when we enjoyed the beauty all for ourselves. An evening walk in that romantic village is mesmerizing.

The property was excellent and very beautiful. The stay was good, however did lack prompt room service. On the buffet breakfast, the options are very limited for pure vegetarians. They should definitely look into that it was a rainy season during the time i visited, hence could not enjoy the stay completely. Hopefully will visit next time!
