Central Location , Excellent food, comfortable stay, courteous staff who went out of the way to make us comfy

Property is located in congested streets of the city. So is the property from inside. Hardly any space inside the room. I don't know how they even moved the bed inside the room. They faked it that they have a swimming pool which is actually in their sister property 5min away from this hotel and so you need to travel to use the pool which is of no use. Food choices are limited and chef's competence not good.

The staff was amazing and the location of the property is very nice. They surprised me with birthday cake on breakfast table. The property staff was supportive and guided us well to explore hanoi! highly recommended.

It wasn't mentioned that the room will not have a window at the time of booking, but when i checked in. I was told there's no window there. Apart from this experience, hotel turned out to be good

The hotel is located in the old market road. The location is perfect for people who want to live in the city. The staff was very helpful. Food was good.

Superb service at this hotel, excellent rooms and sumptuous breakfast. Special thanks to ms anna for upgrading our rooms and also arranging a great ha long bay cruise. Highly recommended.
