Excellent and memorable stay

Booking O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa in Vietnam was confusing with so many options. The O' Gallery Premier O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa and spa in Hanoi was the best stay we ever had. It is in the market area of Ha Noi city. outside appearance might set you in doubt but once inside you are pleased with the warm welcome by the staff. After tiring journey the welcome drink and little sweet bites were refreshing. Check in was an easy affair. we stayed in the O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa for 2 nights and the room was very luxurious. The king size bed was very huge to make all 3 of us comfortable. the restaurant service is also good with a very friendly staff. The food served was tasty and the breakfast was delicious with a wide spread of options. The travel desk helped us with our bookings to cruise in ha long bay. After the cruise stay, we spent one more night in O' Gallery Hotel Ha Noi and to our luck we got an upgraded room. It was the biggest room in the O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa they had. Very well decorated. Although we had to ask for extra bed but the room being huge it was not at all cramped and we had space to move around too. Overall we had an awesome experience with the O Gallery Hotel. the staff knew we loved the Vietnamese coffee and in return they gifted us with a small coffee maker and coffee powder. Thanks to the O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa staff to make our stay memorable and happy.

My Stay at O’ Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa , Hanoi was excellent.. The staff at the Reception was very polite.. Food at the Breakfast was also of high quality though there were limited options but the taste was really good.. My kids were sleeping in the room so i requested staff to pack the breakfast for them and they immediately responded and packed 4 items of my choice… Location of the property is very good because the train street is just 5 mins walking and there are many Indian Restaurants like Tadka and Maazi near the O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa … Overall is was great choice and I would recommend to consider about this O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa

Enjoyed my stay, very close to old town, has a nice cosy vibe to be, very well maintained and has some burlesque features to it which makes it look antique and hideously beautiful. The crew is very helpful and ensured that i get a packed vegetable meal that is palatable for my airport journey the next day in the morning! and they had it ready when i came down

It’s a small O'Gallery Premier Hotel & Spa in old town. The staff was very helpful and helped us with recommendations on good eating places and other suggestions wherever required. Special thanks to court and tracy who made our stay comfortable. Breakfast was decent with an option of a la carte. Overall a comfortable stay.
