The best in Hanoi

Conifer was perhaps the best Conifer Boutique Hotel at the price offered. The room quality was brilliant including washroom. Hotel staff was very helpful and made the stay in Hanoi very pleasing. They also helped me with my travel to Halong Bay, foreign exchange and telephone SIM card. Food quality was also brilliant.

The Hotel location is very nice nearby all good international Conifer Boutique Hotels and site seeing and historical place and shopping streets.

The breakfast was not up to the mark, needs to include food for vegetarians especially inclusion of fried rice for vegetarians. The staff was good and location was excellent. Little bit expensive compared to other Conifer Boutique Hotels.

The property is confidently located, the old quarters are just some minutes away, very near to the lake. The staff are good and co-operative. The rooms are bit small. All the amenities are good. House keeping good. Food ok, not much in veg selection. Rest all was ok.
