We stayed aurora premium in 3 nights. All the services and staff are very friendly and co operative. Location is very good middle of the old quarter

We stayed at 2 properties in Hanoi and paid almost the same price for both. But the services offered by Aurora were 100x better. The location is perfect.

Location was excellent in the middle of old quarter. Ms. Jenner at front desk was very helpful & concerned with my wife 's health as she was sick when we checked in.

it was a great place to stay in old quarters Hanoi. The staff could speak English and extremely accommodating. They even allowed early check-in. The hospitality was amazing and class apart 👏

The stay at hotel aurora was very good, they had a deceny staff and very helpful. The rooms were excellent and the house keeping staff were top rated, they always kept the room in top condition. I had problem with only the bed, where i couldn't sleep properly, that may be a psychological problem also.

Small rooms, good thing is its location. Otherwise ok types hotel, rooms are very small, service staffs are good, helpful
