Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and a central location for exploring. The rooftop restaurant offers stunning views and delicious cuisine. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Nice room, great location, indian restaurants nearby. Beer street is 100m from here, hotel staffs are friendly and helpful

It is an average hotel. Only book suite rooms. They are basic rooms only. Other inferior rooms won't be comfortable.

Not to good as rooms are too small. No dressing table in the room. Rooms stinks as we come in the room in evenin and the hotel dont have a room fresher. Also many reminder need to given at the reception for refilling body shower or hand wash. Same breakfast menu everyday as we weer e here for 4 days. Ok to stay for a day or two.

Hotel is not a 4 star

The hotel is definitely not as shown in the pictures. The rooms are much smaller and lack ventilation. They are slightly unclean too. The hotel does not even have a bell man. We had to re-book our stay at a steep price and the hotel never accommodated for any refund. This is definitely not recommended for a family stay.

One the most unwelcoming staff and they want you to do everything on your own and have no courtesy to even greet, help or assist. While the hotel was good but location might not fit for very o e as it was inside a shabby place however once you are in room, it’s fine. Once again, hotel seems fine but the staff apart from “autumn” is pathetic. The breakfast was also prepared late and i had to miss it as it wasn’t ready.

Worst a possible experience

The property has no car access the room locks were not working moreover one has to climb stairs for the room as no elevator access it is located in an dimly lit alley i did not check in to the hotel after seeing the condition and the worst is that since it was a prepaid booking both make my trip and hotel denied any refund this hotel is showing as one of the top recommendations from make my trip
