Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa

We were a group of 7 adults - 1 suite for 3 people & 2 double rooms (4 adults above 45 years, 3 adults below 27 years of age. Spent 5nights/6 days at alagon saigon Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa & spa. This property in ho chi min h city was fantastic. The food, Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa amenities, the roof top bar, the service provided by the Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa staff was above average. The location was very good - centrally placed to all the important tourist attractions. All in all a very good experience for a family tour.

This Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa is so well located, that if I ever come back to the city, I would book this without any second thoughts. Right on a busy street, we felt ok to walk even at 1-2 am. No need to take taxis, you can walk to Saigon center as well as Pham Ngu party street. Rooms are good, and so is the breakfast. Check-in and check-out were smooth, they took a extra refundable deposit, but that's ok. Rooftop swimming pool is very cool and staff is very professional.

We stayed here for 2 days in may - it was a good stay but could be better. Executive room with sofa and city view was quite small. It looks bigger in the pictures. Fridge could be better in room breakfast was good, but the spread could be better larger. Bell boys didn't seem friendly. Generally the staff was not friendly. If you can get this for about us$ 50 with breakfast then it's good value. Location very good. Roof top pool is good, there's also a small gym next to it.

This Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa has a free facility to swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym for all their guests. The staffs are helpful as well, when i asked for change they handed me over. There are variety of foods provided, but many are too repetitive which i think can be changed alternatively. Sausages here are too delicious. The only negative was the room which was i felt a bit congested as it did not have window and has electric issue as well.

We had booked 2 rooms, one for me & wife and another for our son. We had a nice and comfortable stay. The location of the Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa is good and all tours t spots are easily reachable. We especially appreciated the vegan food that is available in the restaurant. The staff are friendly and courteous. The only issue was very slow wifi speed, which was a spoilsport in otherwise wonderful stay.

The staff is very corporate, cleanliness is on point and they present a very sweet gesture on my birthday which i absolutely loved. Although vegetarian food option in complimentary breakfast can be upgraded. Location was very close to all attractions. Would recommend this Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa.

Had an excellent stay at the Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa. Room are so clean & tidy with everything streamline. Hotel has a skybar & rooftop pool and a jacuzzi. The location of Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa is pretty impressive, you could cover all the district 1 spot just by walking.

Hotel is good, service is good, centrally located, major attractions of HCM in walking distance, rooms are clean and good. Only people who don’t like rooms without window should select rooms with window for this Hotel. Overall a good Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa👍🏻

As a 4 star Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa ,service was good and worth the price. Rooms were clean and food. Highly recommend for staying in heart of ho chi minh city. Near to Hotspots and shopping centres.

It was a wonderful stay in this Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa.

Ac is working poorly try to talk with them no result. Several tine phone call given for food, alarm but nobody lifting. Set up is ok location is ok but couple with poor service. They have charged extra for early check in though Hotel is empty due to corona virus.

Well located, close to all popular haunts but far enough to not be too noisy. Clean, well maintained and good breakfast.

It is nicely located in the citi center. All the amenities were close by. The Hotel has lots of vegetarian varieties of food too. We enjoyed pool and other facilities

In prime location with great breakfast, jacuzzi, pool and awesome service. Staff is really good and warm
