Very nice stay. They had very good breakfast buffet. Very good behaviour of staff. Would high y recommend this hotel for your stay.

Room was huge with jacuzzi. Walking street was on the walkable distance. Been thanh market was on 5 minutes distance by taxi. Staff was helpful. Vegetarian choice was less, no names of dishes was displayed. Menu was same on both days.

Room size small, located at walking distance from gujarat indian restaurant & main walking street of ho chi minh. Breakfast buffet was good, lot of options available for vegetarians especially.

Very nice location and easily accessible to all places. Indian restaurants are near by and walking street is 1 km away. The only issue is the sound of traffic which is annoying.

Location of the hotel is a big plus. With banh tanh market, banh vien walking street within the walking distance of 0. 5-1km. Also the major tourist places like war remants musuem, post office are in close vicinity. Coming to food, vegetarian spread is limited but otherwise multiple options for the non veggies. Overall a good experience

Average property. The property was advertised as a 4-star but is just an average hotel. Location - close to party places and lots of shady spas. Overall convenient location. Grab (app for ride food delivery etc) helps as such to go around. Buffet breakfast- pretty average. The spread is a limited and no live counters even for eggs. You can still survive. Hygiene- neat property but with old beds / mattresses. Staff - pretty helpful staff. General - nobody in ho chi min h city speaks english. Very few people speak english and those who do, they are not very proficient. Two things are must to do before you land - download apps - grab ( for ride and food) and translator.

The rooms are very small as against what is shown in pictures. Reception staff is very uncooperative. They don't even provided towels change even when our room was booked for 3 nights, they provided 2 days towels hange. Menu for breakfast does not have much options for vegetarians.

Extremely rude receptionist and staff

I have given this review for the reason to let any traveller know that the ground staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I had booked my 7 nights stay here as location is perfect. But staff here dont do daily cleaning. Also, they charged me for water bottles upon asking extra but they were suppose to provide 2 bottles everyday as per the itenary. I have not noted them as terrible as the rooms were good and spacious but lack windows. Staff are at op of you head before 10 am to vacate the room before 12 noon. Else they claim to charge extra.

Honestly, the room pictures shown and the room provided way misleading. The pictures was completely misleading. Also the staff was not supportive for any requirement as we are pure vegetarians which was informed well in advance. Staff didn't even cook food which we got with us. There was nothing for us in breakfast. We just had coffee and bread. No service was provided
The front desk guy denied my checkin when i arrived at hotel and we ended up wasting couple of hours talking to mm t and hotel for the same. Such a unpleasant experience!

Rooms don't match the description. They don't have a restaurant and we didn't have any food available when we checked in late at night. The hotel staff doesn't help in that regard either. I would actually want a refund

Terrible Stay

Had an extremely disappointing experience with cicilia saigon hotel. We had requested a late check out, but they said the rooms we had were already completely booked. This wasn't true as the entire floor was empty till we left after 4 pm. They inconvenienced us by making us move all our luggage to a smaller room charging us 42 dollars for this. I was shocked when the housekeeping staff barged into the room while i was getting dressed without even knocking on the door! when we asked the staff about it they didn't seem very apologetic. Instead they started asking us to pay 50k dong for using water bottles from the rooms we had already checked out of! check out had happened a while back but they waited till the last moment when we were getting late for the flight. Also the entire time the housekeeping trolley was in the narrow corridor right in front of our rooms. Felt like we weren't even in a hotel!
