The hotel is at walking distance to benthan market which is very famous for buying stuff among tourists and locals

The property location is really good as most of the major tourist attraction are within 2-3 km distance, standard hygiene has been maintained and the hotel staff is helpful too.

The receptionist was really rude, only thing she cared about is how to get more money out of guests. Food & room hygiene was pretty good.

Ac didn't cool enough. Took more than 2 hours to just get 25degree temperature. Room was too small for twin beds. Worst part was small ants roaming around on bed and table. Tv didn't work at allnot even free channels. Hot water wasn't available for shower which was again not fully functional. Only wish hadn't choose n it. Staff was polite but again stay also needs to match the basic requirements
