The property denied stay for the room. Category i booked my room for. They said they will refund the complete amount but then in 2 days when mm t guys called them for refund they denied. They told us that the rooms aircon stopped working at 12 pm and yet they took no courtesy to inform the client of the changes. They wanted to give me a base category room which is half the price of the room i booked and then told me they would refund 100000 vend which is about rs 330 in inr i. E. 6. I never met such disrespectful and cunning people. I was laying full days hotel cost for just a 3 hour hotel stay which they fail to provide. Also mm t is not supporting me as a customer.
