007 Universe Resort

Had been here for a weekend stay. 007 Universe Boutique Hotel and Spa is a James Bond themed resort type property located around 10 Km from Karjat. The internal roads are good except few patches. Little inside and away from crowd. The rooms are cozy and spacious. Room service is quick and staff is courteous. Parking is safe and security is in place 24X7. We were upgraded to Honeymoon Suite on request and experience was good. AC, TV/D2H etc are modern and working. Wi-Fi works only around reception area. Toilet fittings are posh. Complementary coffee maker, fridge etc available in the room. Banquet is well equipped and decent sized. They have almost all the recreational activities inside - huge (Yes, It's Huge) Swimming pool, Billiards, Carom, volley ball court, skateboards, kids play area, rain dance, discotheque, gym, spa, steam bath, saloon etc. However, there are few negative factors which let us down. The property is new but maintenance is insufficient. Our bathroom door lock was broken, spiders having their presence right from the hangers to the pillows. Rooms are located adjoining the resort boundary and there is no boundary wall. This makes your rooms directly accessible from surrounding plots. Sunlight was direct inside the room due to no compound wall and curtains were ineffective to control the light inside, this may destroy your afternoon rest. The food was tasty but the management operates very unhealthy strategy for food. They offer compulsory buffet lunch and dinner. No A' la carte order in fact, they do not have menu card printed. The buffet is not at all worth what they charge (INR 499 PP). Since the location is pretty deep inside, there is no other option but to drive all the way at least 8 KM for food. We had taken lunch late hence had no need for buffet dinner but were left with no option. Fortunately, restaurant staff made us few sandwiches and we were through. Breakfast menu is limited and needs to be updated. The manager was very kind and nice with guests but very rude with his subordinates; that makes you little awkward if you are around. There were two groups in the resort when we visited and pool was virtually occupied by them almost all the time. Few members of a group were having drinks in the pool late evening which made us little uncomfortable to roam around. But we must admit that there was no disturbance at all from these groups. The destination can be selected if you are looking for relaxed stay and happy to pay hefty price for food and stay which both do not justify.

Awesome experience!! Nice people, delicious food. Power keeps going throughout the day and night, service is okay. Food is average for the price. Overall its an average place that's overpriced, One corner location, even ahead of Radisson Blu in Karjat. Decent property - car parked outside entry gate. Reception is simple, not too fancy. The perfect place for a relaxing holiday. From the time we arrived until the day we left, the staff could not have done anything more to make our stay more enjoyable. All the restaurant staff were very attentive and the service was always with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately maintained.. Since it was a rainy season, so the river outside the resort was overflowing and it is making it more beautiful The rooms lovely and again immaculately maintained. Notable facilities are the Burger Bar which must be unique and the Spa. We loved the 007 Restaurant where the food at breakfast time is superb... Specially poori and aloo ki sabji. Easily the best resort we have ever stayed in anywhere and a credit to its managers and all the hardworking staff. Who make The 007 Resort something special.

This 007 Universe Resort is very much inside from Karjat station. It is a widespread 007 Universe Resort with an amazing swimming pool and open spaces. Rooms are decently maintained. Food and disco are good. Possible a very good 007 Universe Resort for poolside parties for big groups. The only problem is that the 007 Universe Resort does not have a WiFi facility.

The rooms were basic but clean. Some door knobs were a little bit out of place but fully working. Food was good and they made as per demand. Swimming pool was ok. Nearby there are no places to wander. So you just have to stay with your family their. The location and the roads leading are a bit outdated. Everything else is fine.

It is quite a good 007 Universe Resort. The service of the 007 Universe Resort is worth boasting. The pool is quite big with a baby pool attached which is awesome. The in-house bar has a lack of alcohol varieties Still it has all basic liquor. Food is good with good options

This resort is very close to newly built property of Radisson. The place is quiet. The resort has many gaming options. The food is good and rooms are decent. Only one thing which put me off is that the room had damp smell, guess due to rain. Rest all is good.

Nice place. Very calm location for a relaxed stay. Not very professional but friendly staff. Overall value for money stay. You should visit if you want to spend relaxed time. Food was nice and property has a lot of facilities and indoor/outdoor games.

Rooms are OK but not so clean, breakfast is not good. Location is good, good for one day picnic near by bhivpuri waterfall is must to see. Over all good 007 Universe Resort, food is not so good, room service is OK.

Great place to be and a nice swimming people with musical arrangements to enjoy life. A great place to be a must Visit for the family, couple and friends ... I will love to be on thos place again in my life

Facilities provided during the trip was very nice. Room service was excellent. Need more facilities like badminton court, garden required otherwise overall Resort is very nice.

Excellent place to stay for the weekend getaway. Loved the swimming pool and the rain dance. Also to not forget I loved the swing right after my room! Looking forward to visit this place again! Awesome!
