The photos uploaded on sites doesn't match the reality. Need to do maintenance of property. There was a leakage in room from wall. won't recommend for this option

The property is below average with a very small swimming pool. Property shows clear signs of wear and tear which hasn’t been properly maintained. The only good thing was the caretaker, he was prompt and very hospitable.

It was well maintained. The best thing was the personal lawn, which gives a very nice view. Sonu, the caretaker is very humble and understanding. He makes sure that the customer is very comfortable.

Neat and clean villa. Caretaker was cooperative but wasn't much flexible. A good place for an overnight trip with family and friends. 1. 5 hours from pune.

Property is good, nice location and good view. The only problem is the caretaker sonu. Not at all bothered about the guest and needs constant follow up (btw he was bang on time to remind us about our check out time) and messaging for basic facilities like tv recharge, broken commode seat etc. The owner was also made aware of this, but no response from there as well

It’s a good bungalow for group stay. Neat and clean. Four bedrooms, living room, terrace with all required facilities. Kitchen is well equipped. Sonu the person in charge is very helpful and gets everything you need from the market. Overall good experience

10-a mist view is a beautiful villa. The villa itself has been designed thoughtfully - the woodwork, flooring, pool, were beautiful! it has a private pool we had a lot of fun. The rooms are airy and has lot of light coming in. The hall was the best. The view outside is good and you'd wish that was your view waking up. The house/property help is a good man as well. Kind and polite, he helped us with breakfast and suggested sight seeing places. Wonderful experience overall!

familyIt was a very short and pleasant stay with family. (just 1 night. The rooms were pretty neat and clean and the bathrooms were also clean. Things are as shown in the photos. The attached pvt pool is good for a small group of 10ppl. The caretaker sonu was also very helpful and was available every-time we called him. I would definitely plan to visit this place once more and maybe for more than 1 day.

the par x mist view 10 a is a beautiful property in a very calm location. it has a wonderful view and very clean . the private pool is awesome 4feet. there is a large garden on the property with swings a trampoline etc. the caretaker sonu and his other colleague are very helpful and arranged for hot breakfast. tea..milk etc. the place is per friendly. the rooms are clean. 3 bedrooms are on lower floor. 1 bed room.. kitchen. common room with a large terrace on ground floor level. overall an awesome experience and great property. fantastic place for a family weekend

Everything here in the construction and service provided has been given attention, right from the pool that has no sharp tiles to the balcony that has a wash basin for those barbeque parties. The caretaker too give you your space, and is polite and helpful.

Very good place to be with family and friends. The location is not too far from the main city and the view from the villa is amazing. Pool and lawn are well maintained and clean. Care taker sonu is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help. Rooms amid the overall property is well maintained and no distbunce from the surrounding.

The food was not served internally but the tea which was served was okay and second day the care taker was very rude and even after asking for tea he didn’t give us.
