Great rooms. But issues with mosquito

The accommodation was very good, so calm, and the host was also good. But other than this, we need to go for everything, like food and transportation. Very far, even though they do not provide basic things like water bottles and mandatory thinks for refreshing, they need to implement to provide the basic things: water bottle, paste, brush, towel, etc, ok for bachelor stays. Not interested

Despite being in the category of "service apartments" it doesn't have 1. Refrigerator 2. Microwave oven 3. Washer/drier 4. Water purifier 5. No cutlery / crockery taps do not run properly. In effect it gives you a feeling of a cheap hotel with no in room or on the property dining options. The good point is rooms / apartments are spacious and staff is really nice. Cleanliness is not upto the mark but may be acceptable considering the location and the surroundings which is very dusty. The best point - pocket friendly within 12 minutes drive to airport.

2bhk. 4 frnds. Best place. Care takers and owner were very professional and friendly. They speak tamil, english and telugu. For little extra amount we were allowed to check out late too to accommodate our train timings. Will always prefer this place if ever visiting chennai again

The stay was decent and what you would expect from a serviced appartments, the first day the ac was not working but the reception people helped me out and changed me to another room which was good

The serviced appartments was actually neat and what i wanted, the managing people were also good, a good and decent stay

Great apartment and takecarer. How to put it?

Apartment looks good but the bathroom smelled bad and no air fresheners there was extra bed but no blankets or pillows. I don't have images

Host is a great guy. The room and furniture are dusty. Good room boys as well. Health faucet is broken.

The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The toilets were not clean and was smelling. The washbasin tap was not working properly. The bathroom could not be locked from inside

So not reccomend place is good but hygiene and cleanliness is very poor

Those staffs were amazing, helpful. I would definitely suggest to my friends & family to stay here for sure during all our chennai visits.

They should provide tea and coffee atleast or keep a kettle

We have ok-ok type of stay here. It was not bad at all. Typically it's a service apartment so you can't expect a luxurious facilities here. Staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are really big and it's a fully furnished property some hygiene factors should not be avoided. Still some scope of improvement in this area. Rest all was all ok i would rate this place 3/5 !

I have stayed 17th january 2023 night in the 10 cent service apartment, 5/1, 5/2 srinivasan street, muthamizh nagar, pammal, chennai 600075 on the occasion of farewell in the international airport, meenampaakkam, chennai to my son. The apartment is near the airport and in calm area without any traffic jam. The portion provided to me is neat and clean. I would like to stay in future.

Please improve hygiene bedsheet, room, bed

It’s a child friendly stay, the staffs were really courteous and supported well. Clean and well maintained. Manager lokesh was really helpful as well ranjith and other people who taken care of us well. Highly recommend.

The place was nice and the owner lokesh was friendly helped me with utensils for cooking and eating and the rooms was nice too. Just the geyser was not working of 1 bathroom
