11 Leaf Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was truly excellent – the staff were attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hospitality made me feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and top-notch service!

Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Perfect location near attractions. Good breakfast and fast Wi-Fi. Smooth check-in process. Only minor hallway noise at night. Would definitely return!

Place was decent good, but the cleanliness was not up to the mark. Food was good. They need to improve on cleanliness, housekeeping, and timely delivery of items. we request. Intercom connections need to be repaired

Reception staff behaviour very bad with very unacceptable arrangements. Not at all favorable for a family stay.

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedroll, bedsheet and pillow cover appeared to be used previously, which was unhygienic. The bathroom was not clean, and there was a strong unpleasant odor in the room. The poor cleanliness significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their housekeeping standards.

The room price is so high and room is so small no space only bed can adjust.bad experience of my life.

Very affordable and clean rooms. Best rooms as compared to the tariff. Much impressed. There are some lack in service which can be improved but still at that price one will be getting the best deal. Will be recommending to others.

The service is not good. Not cleaning the room after saying in the reception.mosquitoes are in the room, the room card is deactivate every day. You have to activate .....

Service is very poor. Basic amenities like glass for drinking water, towel etc are not provided earlier, everything asked to provide. The food is very poor. Food was not served till 1. 3 hour, when asked the reception, he told there was some geyser repairing going on, that's why it was delayed. Pillow covers were not changed or washed, i requested for change. Without seeing proper room facilities, they are just giving the room. My wife also felt a lot of discomfort there.

location is good. But service is Average. Food service is not up to the mark. Restaurant is not functional and room service is very slow

The double rooms are big, neat and clean. The employees are great and the only thing they are no towels

Bed sheets were dirty, bathrooms was stinking, used towels were hanging in the bathroom pathetic place to be never ever should book.

The food, amenities and services are just basic and does not justify the tariff.I had to ask for the towels and water.

It was clean and very good stay at 11 leaf. Very courteous employee especially the receptionist, saudamini madam. Great team, continue the momentum and maintain it well.
