19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite

One of the better homestays in pondicherry. The breakfast provided on each day was very good. The caretaker is positive and good. The best part is the close proximity to all important places to include it's location in the white town of the french colony. Overall a pleasant stay. Mr auruna is a very fine caretaker. The cleanliness, and ambience is very good. Best part is it's 2 minutes walk to the promenade beach. All good restaurants like coromandel cafe, crepe in touch, promenade, writer's cafe and so on. Do ask for a balcony room, gives you adequate sunlight too. Parking isn't a big issue in front of the 19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite though no separate parking exists.

stay was pleasant. Staff is very cooperative and courteous specially the managing incharge guy! 19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite is very neat and clean. One can feel at home. Security wise perfect for a solo lady traveler. Here wifi is available however food one needs to manage on it's own. Breakfast is served if package is taken for that. however I was given complimentary breakfast without a package for one day out of my 2 days stay out here! That was a great gesture! Location wise this is good as it's in whitetown only near the sea. One gets the feel of staying in authentic French architecture! Recommend for at least a day to get a feel of old times :).

I have been recommending this property to my friends and family ever since i checked-in. We were lucky to get the only room with ocean view but that was just an added plus coz ocean was walking distance from the property. Most other attractions and cafes are also within 500m radius and i would absolutely recommend this to everyone. The room itself was very clean (5 star standard) and well equipped. The staff was hospitable and caring. When we refused to take breakfast on the property, the staff endured to check with us later if we got good breakfast it's small gestures like these which make all the difference.

It's a good property to stay as it is near the ocean. Lots of things to explore nearby if you like walking. I requested an early check in, but they could not do it and neither could they provide me with some other spare room. I got late while coming back at night and the property caretaker stayed up and locked the main gate after i reached back. They also recommended an ayurvedic centre for body massage on discounted rates. Late check out costed me rs 1000 extra.

The property is very well situated in prime area(i. E prominade. The rooms are very well maintained with all the necessary amenities. The manager rajnikanth is the star of the show who is very good in understanding the needs of the visitors and he takes care of it very well. Such people are asset to any professions, let alone hospitality. The tariff is higher on the side but its worth of every penny. Very much recommendable places to stay in puducherry.

Exactly the central place to visit sri aurobindo ashram, the beach and all other important places. Fantastic clean cizy rooms and fantastic yummy breakfast (surprisingly serving till 12:00 noon) um a and care taker swamy were caring and friendly. Also good services for airport pickup and drop. Centrally located property. Nice ambiance with good atmosphere. Staff behavior was very nice, helpful. Room and facilities were perfect, but the bed was a little bit high and there was only one Channel on tv, they should add some channels. Apart from this everything was good. Food quality and taste both were fine. Completely value for money, must recommended.

19 villa mira is an amazing stay with beautiful wooden decor with superb delicious south indian breakfast ❤️.....19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite staffs were polite and cooperative. you can enjoy the sunrise as its very close to the rock beach. you can explore the near by cafes just by walk or renting a cycle. it's gonna be my go to stay in pondy for sure

I stayed in the property for 4 days. The location of the property is excellent very close to promenade beach and white town. The hospitality if the staff is very good. They help i all the possible way. Only con is smaller rooms but with homestay type of property in such location, it is expected.

We were on a one day trip to pondi. Since we were very tired by the time we reached there, we looked for a place to stay and we found this place. Good place, great price, clean, professional service, room well maintained. Overall a good place to stay

The stay was comfortable. The 19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite rooms have a classical vibe. The ambiance was good but it’s not like other regular 19 Villa Mira | Rooms & Suite. Felt shortage of staff.
