1 BHK Apartment with Free Wi Fi

It was a very pleasant stay. I visited for 5 dyas and 5 nights along with my parents. The accommodation was neat and clean. The housekeeping cleaned the flat and the washrooms daily. The kitchen qas a add-on. But, there was no tv as mentioned in the amenities. The host was very responsive and warm. The only discontent was with the locality. But nevertheless it was good experience overall. If you are planning for a group visit, then it is a good pick.

It was my first homestay and i was anxious about the experience, but it went excellent. The property is the same as shown in the images. The hassle free check in and supportive host made my stay awesome. It's the best option if you want to get a feel of home being away from home. The quick and helpful behaviour of the host in situations like early check-in in the morning 6 am and quick availability of l pg cylinder is commendable.

Very good property and equally well maintained. There are all utilities present including kitchenware. You can even cook your meal if you want to. Spacious rooms. Just one flaw is the locality on the back side of the building. If your room is on the lower floors, expect loud chatter noise from neighbours. So just be ready to bear with that and everything else is fine. The host is reachable 24*7 and ready to assist.

I stayed for two nights. The rooms are clean and there are two clean toilets in the apartment. There is a verandah that can be opened for fresh air. They have a kitchen with gas stove and cylinder, a few utensils and a fridge. Good for a small family up to four people. The host is very cooperative and willing to do any help.

The amenities were perfect according to the budget. It was a sudden plan to continue the stay, without any hindrance the booking was confirmed with an additional discount being offered. Although the room needs a pest control now or else it could worsen it in near future. Over-all 👍🏼

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the apartment. The location is good, easily accessible and gives a home like feel. I am absolutely happy with my experience and would strongly recommend everyone to try out this apartment in pune.

The owner was good, quick to respond for any queries, also allowed a late checkout. Had read past reviews about cockroaches, and had the same experience, but we dealt with it by getting hit spray

Good flat at best prices. The flat is very furnished and had all amenities available clean and tidy room and bath room were there. All the locations are very near from the flat.

Excellent stay location wise and caretaker is helpful also but fans and coolers are old.

5. The host was amazing. The rooms were clean, especially the bathrooms. Having a kitchen was an add on. Would recommend it for a group of 4 for sure.

Staying without fear good location

From location point of view it was very good also the caretaker and owner were very cooperative. It was a good staycation for our group.

This is the place for family stay for long period. If you looking for place with home like facilities then go for it.

It’s a 2bhk room with 2 bathrooms . Stay is comfortable and spacious . as it’s inside an apartment no food is available . You can get a comfortable and relax stay over here

Best for couple and others. Clean and neat place. All things are working perfectly like ac, fan, lights, washing machine. Very good for privacy.

cleaning wise is good people are very good and overall stay is nice with family, bedsheet clean, kitchen very good and clean 👍☺️
