1 private Room in 3BHK Homestay

Awful experience I reached the place late and was on schedule of leaving by the mentioned time of 11, but had to fix some issue with my car and hosts mother asked my wife to vacate the apartment while I was away even after telling that I would be back by 11:40 really needs to understand what airbnb means and should first go through the hospitality process before making his place available for stay no food option, untidy bathroom and an average room with his parents living in it.

This was a single bedroom with attached toilet . Place is very nice and cozy .. Location is perfect and the property is greatly maintained . The room is on 16th floor with stunning view of lush greenery and clouds . I had previously stayed in the same property in a room that had balcony . This time I got a room with out balcony which was slightly disappointing as the money was not hugely different

The stay was good, though we didn't have much time, we got there late and checkin, it was smooth and easy. We went out and came by night to sleep and vacated early in the morning. However the location and cleanliness was good. The bedsheets were not sufficient for us. Very friendly owner.

Rakesh is an amazing host and he was very helpful and kind in accommodating my requests. Definitely recommended.

Centrally located in manipal. Residential area and hence not crowded. Neat and clean room with a clean balcony and view. A basket of small nick-nacks like tea bags, biscuits, snack etc. Trouble-free check-in and check-out. Great value for money.

It's a home stay where u can cook by your own. Property can be bit cleaned. Communication is ok u can get the auto outside of the building

Love the place, it's situated on beautiful location and able to see the complete udupi. Well maintained society with flat on 16th floor.

A very clean and cosy space in a lavish apartment. Had a beautiful view and the host was extremely sweet and helpful. Has all the basic amenities from parking to hot water, wifi and extra mattress. Highly recommended.

1. Named care taker is not available at property. 2. His parents are staying there who understand their local language. 3. Utensils quality and quantity could be better. 4. House keeping is a area to be looked. 5. Toilet door to be cleaned and polished as some dirty layers are coming out. 6. A domestic help at-least to clean utensils is required. No one would want to clean utensils during a holiday.

Felt at home in this warm and hospitable apartment in manipal. Every minute detail was taken care of by dr rakesh and his parents. Communication was immaculate and so was cleanliness. A cherry on the cake was the balcony view of thegreen terrain

Balcony view is best along with other amenities. Very caring and supportive. The best part was breakfast which was prepared by aunt y ji for us to remind us our mom.

Room is neat and clean hygiene but at night it’s smelling very badly i don’t know why!
