The place is good under the budget , but don’t expect anything else apart from stay in the place and access to swimming pool. No - TV, Wi-Fi and other cooking essentials. But based on the budget it can considered as good offer without any other expectations

We reached there from the location which they sent already. But there is no proper reception. After entering the room the dustbin was not provided, also the tv was not working. After so many calls they gave the dustbin to us and turned on the tv. There is no cafe, or restaurant nearby. Only one cafe was there no more choice. We found a big cockroach and lizard also.

Hi, We host apartments which are self catered at very budget affordable pricing & covering basic amenities. So we do not charge higher pricing. I guess you misunderstood there are multiple cafe & famous. Possibly that's your first visit to Goa. Its located in prime location which most famous instagram place " dear zindagi movie road". Close to assagaon , arpora, baga , calangute etc

I had a very disappointing stay. The room had frequent power cuts, there were serious water issues, and the water provided was brown and unusable. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience.

First we do not provide water. We have RO filters placed on common floors which can be used by guests as their own will. We run apartments. Goa has power cuts. You booked budget stay at 1k/night but expecting 4 star hotel services

I found this on make my trip and it was a excellent management and facilities given by the Nazri residency. Whole family enjoyed alot with the Royal facilities and a very cooperative staffs. I give 10 of 10 points for this package.
