33 Hotels

I traveled with my mom on September 14th till 16th and when we asked for hot water so that we could help our feet relax after the trekking of Vaishno Devi. Our legs were jammed in pain. But they said hot water is only available after 4 pm. This excuse might sound acceptable if I would have stayed in a backward 33 Hotels. But a 33 Hotels on the main road cannot give these lame excuses. Should pilgrims wait as per 33 Hotelss convenience for water? And about food what should I say, they have mentioned grill sandwich with brown bread and when checked they say its neither grilled nor do they get brown bread. Friends just use this 33 Hotels purely for wash and change purpose only and not with any food included. Katra market is nearby and food is absolutely delicious there. I have my tickets already booked for November 28th as well but I am thinking now of going with any other 33 Hotels.

Jai Mata Di. We had a very wonderful stay, the 33 Hotels is very close to Katra Railway Station as well to the Helipad. This is one of the reasons for booking this 33 Hotels. They provide free pick and drop to the helipad. Hotel staff are very polite. The rooms are quite neat and clean. In breakfast, they have very fewer options. This can be improved. View from the balcony is wonderful, the Vaishnodevi temple can be seen very easily on top of the hill. Family suites are big enough to accommodate 4 adult and 2-4 kids.

3. 33 Hotels is good, clean and the view from balcony /sun deck is awesome. food was good but no choice for food as they said that 33 Hotels room are not occuplies and hence some dishes demanded as per menu cant be prepared.. there were issues for pick up in thr evening. the driver behaved rudely and we asked them to just wait for 2 minutes to buy prasad... he directly took us nonstop to 33 Hotels..

Very much impressed with the 33 Hotels rooms and service. I would recommend others to book rooms in this spacious 33 Hotels. Mr. Mine k kotwal sir is highly supportive in dealing with basic requirements of 33 Hotels rooms and also assigned a driver who dropped us to a location from where we can start the vaishnodevi journey. The restaurant food was too delicious. I'm satisfied with it.

Location if 33 Hotels is very good and easily approachable. Rooms are spacious and clean. All the deluxe rooms are having an extra bed. Hotel staff is very friendly in nature. The best part is they are providing pick and drop facility for banganga as well as to railway station. overall the 33 Hotels is excellent.

I travelled with my family to Katra to visit Vaishno Devi. Stayed in this 33 Hotels. nice stay. Hotel staff is very good and responsive. They dropped us to Vaishno Devi Yatra gate for free and also picked up for free when we reached. Hotel food is also nice. Clean 33 Hotels my parents liked it.

We stayed for one day with early check-in option. They gave us late check-out for 2 hours without any charge. Discount on all F&B. Value for money 33 Hotels. Staff and service very good. Location very good. Very near to the railway station Katra. I will re-visit this 33 Hotels in future.

Hotel proximity is good and nice hills view atop till bhawan. Easy accessibility to public transport like bus /train/autos. Overall experience was good with decent stay. - only improvement needed is for restaurant operations

Only one mistake about room service, when I was needed to water, only that time I was disappointed its too late service. Otherwise the 33 Hotels was very good Nd his facility to take Nd drop customer is very good.
