4 BHK Villa with Private Pool

Property is good but there is no power backup for AC’s because of it room became like oven.Also, ther are no sufficient blanket for 10numbers

First of all its not a villa, it's a box hi e stay. coming to entertainment except swimming pool nothing is there even campfire. space is also very less even we can't play shuttle as well. for the money we spent not worth able.

It was an amazing stay, much better than we expected. The place was nice and clean and really cozy, the weather and the bonfire was the best. The place was also renovated and they have put an entire shed on top of the farm for their leakage problem. I would love to go again to the place

It looks great in the pictures but the rooms are not maintained properly. Washroom are not neat. The entire house seems like make arrangement and when someone walks on the top it is audible below. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Maintenance isn't up to the standards. Ac wasn't working in the hall, however, remaining were working and it was a bit cold then too. Since we tried to spend most of our time in the living room playing indoor board games, we felt humid as there was no ventilation and of course ac wasn't working. Water's leaking almost everywhere. Bathrooms are not nice. The ceiling and the walls of the bathroom look like they are going to be damaged or broken very soon. The pool was ok though. The caretaker was very good. Responded to all our needs and was very helpful during our stay. The property is in a secluded place however it looks to be in a safe spot as it is located inside leonia resort. Overall, i would give a 3 rating for the experience we have had

Bed sheets and towels are not up to the mark, care taker was good, but lacking maintenance problem, wash room flush is not working in some rooms

Place was good and pool was very clean. Caretaker srinu was very friendly and helpful. Its good place for family or friends upto 15 members. Only drawback is, the taps and locks were loose and no tv.

Good place with too many amenities. Big enough for 2 people. Staff was also very welcoming. Enjoyed the trip.

The map of the location was incorrect, it took us a few mins to find the place coz the owner wouldn't answer our calls. When we reached the destination the map said we were 300m away. The house is nestled in a quiet place deep inside, it looked quite run down and unkept and not worth the money spent for a day. The cups were chipped and cracked, the pool was dirty and pool net was filthy. The saddest part of our trip was when our nephew got 2 deep cuts under his foot due to unsafe pool steps. The house help was friendly and helped us get food from outside. The garden was nice and clean. The flood lights iutside could not be switched off and at 4am it felt like it was bright. So we couldn't sleep well. The main door could not be locked so my parents couldn't sleep well. While we enjoyed the peace and quiet, this place really needs a revamp. The shower heads need a replacement, no cutlery to eat in, the flush dint work properly, no parking space for vehicles. I don't think i would recommend this place to anyone nor would i return. Still gave it a 3 star for peace, quite and house help.

Probably it was one of the best farm stays i had, the villa was extra ordinary, very cozy, good looking we really had a great time the best thing was the location pool and garden was also good with lot of chairs and tables there was a food court within 2 min drive and lot of other food options nearby which got delivered by swiggy overall a perfect place to go to

It’s a great place for a friends and family gathering of 10-15 people. Has enough space to occupy a bigger group. The villa was peaceful and the helper was also great and proactive in providing any help needed. The pool and garden were also neatly maintained. Overall a great staycation spot for anyone around hyderabad. Best part is it is secure inside a well known resort so no issues with security as well.
