Host not even pick my call and i m still waiting 1 hour in reception

The stay was pretty good, rooms were clean , utensils were not in good condition, but that didn't bother us much , the care taker was kind enough

horrible experience with poor hospitality......for online booking there are worst rooms to stay over there.☹️

Worst quality and worst food ever

Poor Service, Not cleaned room properly, I recommend to not book this property. i called them 5-7 times for the lift card but they haven’t provided.

Horrible stay, the room was infested with cockroaches. Did not expected this kind of hospitality in this high price

The room was different from what it was in photos. The bedsheets was pathetic! the shower was broken. It was smelling as someone has just smoke in the room. The hotel gave our room to someone else that was the most irresponsible mistake. Thanks

First of all, i booked this hotel on 5th of may and after coming to hotel, they gave me room in 11th floor and after next day on 6th of may 2023 there staff came at morning sharp at 10am and told me to shift my room to 6th floor, when i went for 6th floor room, i did not got the facilities of wifi nor ac is working properly like remote switch is not working properly.

Good stay

We got the room on the 11th floor. The property is at the perfect location and there is a club on the rooftop. We didn't have any disturbance from the staff side. The studio apartment was well maintained with all the facilities including toaster, utensils, and induction.
