Location and food is perfect. But the worst experience with the Service of the hotel. We booked a Deluxe room with 3 occupancy but every time we have to remind them for amenities of 3 people. Food serving is not available. Even if you are dining, you have to remind or ask staff for everything.

The room is neat and clean, with all amenities there as given at the time of booking. But the food ordered by us in the room is not so good, even some of the Roti served in the dinner were burnt. So we can say that for a stay it is very good but in food we are not satisfied. Already submitted

Hotel was Fine but costly in the same price range. They leverage the scenic beauty of Jal Mahal but only a few rooms have a direct view of the lakeside. Staff behaviour is not good they were continuously fluctuating the prices as per their will like for Buffet and Mattress. In a nutshell Overpriced and Overrated

Hotel rooms were neat and good , only problem we had is we didn’t get a connected room when we booked 2 rooms. Restroom could have a separation so that water won’t flow into the other side where the mirror and closet is there
