7 Apple Resort, Lonavala

Location: If you seek peace away from city life, this secluded property is ideal, especially during the rainy season (June-end or July-start). The private trails and waterfalls offer a serene escape. this is a perfect combination of small and balnce. Rooms: While generally neat and clean, my room had a minor issue with the WC flap. However, this seems to be a common occurrence. Overall, the room provided a calm experience. Staff: this will be cherry on top. The polite, well-groomed staff were a highlight—they were always ready to assist. Food: The meals were decent, though not exceptional. Breakfast, with its variety (real juice, fruits, breads, jams, Indian and South Indian dishes, muffins), made you feel like royalty. Weekend Experience: On Saturdays, there was live music, but I’m unsure if it’s a regular occurrence.

The resort is nice. What i liked : a good, cozy stay. Rooms are neat and clean, moutain view rooms are nice (especially during monsoon, small seating area balcony is good, pool area, garden area are nice, games zone has variety of indoor games. Cycling is a good outdoor activity. Hospitality is good. Buffet breakfast is nice and has good food options. What needs to improve : 1. Cycles need little maintenance. 2. Seasonal mango feast needs to have real aamras instead of flavored mango shake. 3. Lunch service could be better but overall a good experience and worth visiting again, thanks. Also thanks to makemytrip for a good package and easy of booking.

Property location - it is not walkable from main lonovala city but it is near like it will take 10min by car food - tasty food 5/5 amenities - actually good. We have indoor and outdoor play area. We also have swimming pool. Nice to enjoy with family, friends and everyone actually. Services - 3/5. Because for lunch we ordered food instead of choosing buffet. We waited for so much time like more than an hour to get our food. That was really upset. But the reason i felt is there were some group of 50 to 70 ppl from an office. So everyone were struggling to take care of them and also they need to take care of every other room service.

It's a peaceful location away from city hustle bustle. Had initial problem with room the account was not cooling. As summers and it the last floor with roof touching direct sun. They shifted us to ground and that was much better. Great cooling. Rooms are apt. With all amenities. It's clean and neat. Service is a bit slow. Buffets were cancel-led due some reasons. So they served us the buffet by ala. Carte. Breakfast had good choices. They allow home spa to come so got a lady for accupressure massage. So over all start was relaxing. But room service food is expensive. Like a 5 star almost. Pool is average. Not bad.

The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exquisite food served at the restaurant and the complimentary items that came with it. The location of the property is slightly secluded which made our stay serene and sublime - ideal getaway from the constant hustle of corporate life. Safety standards were decent for adults as well as children. The rooms (we had taken garden facing rooms) had balcony from where sunrise and sunset were nicely visible and of course, they had a pleasant view of the garden. Overall, a great place to spend your vacation with your entire family (your kids and your senior citizen parents.

It was a very peaceful stay very less occupancy due to we checked in on monday. Very positive and prompt staff. Receptionist was very professional and knowledgeable. Housekeeping staff was very helpful restaurant staff was also very humble & courteous the took care of each and every request and customisation in our food. Few suggestions to 7 Apple Resort, Lonavala management the play zone wasn't equipped at all neither well maintained there was no attended available in that area. Also the washroom in poolside area was not clean. Rest all was fine will surely visit again.

The resort is away from main city's hustle bustle and provides you a perfect get away from crowded streets of lonavala. Well appointed rooms, courteous staff and delicious food. Everything is perfect here for a relaxing weekend. The only area of improvement is crowd management - they had some company offsite on sun-day and the breakfast buffet for the company staff ( about 50 people) as well as guests was at same counter. This really crowded the counters. The suggestion is to segregate and arrange breakfast counters for such office events separate from usual guests.

We are so statsfiy with cooperation given by mmt & 7 apple, we named in traffic from pune to lonavala for 5 hrs so they changed our date without request happily, so we reached next day morning by 8. 30 am & they provided early check in free of cost, cleaners & room 100% upto the mark, breakfast was unlimited with a lot of varieties and dinner as per our requirements & demand delicious test so we happily enjoyed as total staff was very helpful & care taking so give 100 % mark to everything

We had an excellent stay, though a short one, the ambience, location of the property is very very good, the food was awesome and with decent variety. The manager and the staff was very helpful and cooperative. They had a nice live music and game zone, cycling options. Overall a very good experience and worth visiting again.

7 apple resort is a silent resort away from the roads and highways. Food was good but little expensive. Jain food was also made on request for breakfast. Room service is quite delayed infact we had to make 2-3 reminder calls if we require something. Since we went during weekdays so the crowd was less. Game zone and garden is a space to relax and have fun. Descent behaviour from the staff.

Property location is good but relatively small property, not much to explore. Food was excellent and good buffet spread staff is friendly and helpful overall good value for money

This was my 2nd trip to 7 apple in same year and it was a peaceful and fun filled stay with family. The place has swimming pool, cycles, badminton, cricket bats and indoor games like table tennis, chess, foosball, carrom and billiards. Also, the restaurant is beautiful and serves delicious food.

Stay was amazing. Staff was cooperative. Rooms were big and clean. Breakfast was amazing as well. Overall a great stay. I definitely recommend it.
