Absolutely stunning location, Large wooden rooms with delicious food & quick service. This is the place where you can go and relax in river stream in nature’s lap. Only request to other guests is that PLEASE DO NOT USE SPEAKERS to have party. Management should also advise guest not to have loud music as it ruins the theme of this stunning resort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 7 Hill Resort in Lansdowne, Uttarakhand, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! The resort exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly courteous and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality was truly commendable. The family room was very good. The food was outstanding! Every meal was a delight, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. But what truly sets this resort apart is its stunning location. The river flowing gently at the foot of the resort was a sight to behold, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere. Hotel and location are good at this price. Staff behaviour is also good. Food is expensive and there are no nearby food court for dinner and lunch. The bathroom is okay. Bed is good but mosiqto net is old and damage. The balcony is excellent and the river view is excellent.

The stay was excellent. Room was amazing. Kids and we all loved it. There was 2 tvs. Food was awesome. Service was very good and friendly. Very happy with stay. Kids play area would have been cherry on the cake.

Pathetic and cleanliness issue and service is poor

Check in time is 12 pm but they provided room 1. 30 pm and food was pathetic and cleanliness inside the pool is not there. Overall worst and not worthwhile

Due to a high volume of guests, some delays were unavoidable. Our standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, but many guests require a bit more time, which impacts our ability to clean and prepare rooms promptly. Despite this, we managed to provide your room by 1:30 PM, and we appreciate your patience. Secondly, with regard to the food, we strive to meet all guest expectations, but kindly note that food service inside the pool area is not permitted due to hygiene and safety regulations. Lastly, we always aim to maintain cleanliness, including in our pool, but occasional high usage can affect this temporarily. Please be assured we are always working hard to uphold high standards. We genuinely care about our guests and put in our best efforts to make their stay comfortable. Nice place and location to stay, situated on small river bed. Swimming pool was also neat and clean for kids. Food was ok - ok types but room service was exceptional. Morning breakfast was bit disappointing due to slow service.

The resort is next to the river. Being a birdwatcher, we enjoyed our stay and found many feathered beauty near the river. Great stay from a bird-watching pov. Staffs were courteous and accomodating.

Nice property but needs some fixes

familyRoom 202 feedback pros- 1. Good space for family of 4 adults and 2 small kids. 2. Food is good, service is swift and accommodating chef to make kids specific food. 3. Price is ok for the view and amenities like pool, garden, river view with access, restaurant. 4. Parking is enough. Cons- minor things which can be fixed by themselves but they tend to overlook. 1. No dental kit, no comb, no shaving kit & no hairdryer provided. 2. Mosquito repellant given only when asked for that too with a almost dried up refill. 3. Fridge was problematic and was turning on/off automatically but they gave an additional one from their reception, it was of deep fridge type but atleast worked! 4. Tv signal is a big issue dish doesn't receive good signal for most of the channels due to monkey or weather probably, but not sure. While they have smart tvs but internet is not connected and they weren't able to fix it. 5. Bathroom had problems of broken hand wash dispenser, leaking seat pipe, open water outlet (lid not fixed) 6. Main door lock was not working and needed to be used through key. 7. Wifi of bsnl doesn't work 50% of the time, airtel network doesn't come, only jio works. Not sure if other rooms had similar issues but worth for management to run a check across all rooms for such issues. Hope these are fixed so i can visit again happily.

We thank you for your feedback. Certainly we will work on it. But we would like to bring it in your notice as this is Military area so in lansdowne there is network issue everywhere. Surely dental kits and other amenities should have been there. We provide always as this comes under basic amenities. We will take care of it.

Very rigid with cancellation and refund

familyWe reached the resort and received some devastating news of the loss of an immediate family member. As a result we mad arrangement to immediately return to our country of residence. The accommodation was stated as "non-refundable" but mm t has a page to submit special appeals like a medical emergency or death in the family, which was our case. Despite making this request and explaining our situation, both the property and mm t declined to do a refund, even a partial refund. They state it was against policy. Their policies are based on financial greed rather than ethical business. I would not recommend anyone to make advanced bookings (and payment ) on this app.
