7 Pines Kasauli

So glad we found this hidden gem near Kasauli. It's a boutique property, very home like. In terms of comfort, warmth, food, stay facilities, etc. Being well traveled, I can't pinpoint on a single thing they should improve. They are perfect. Just hope they stay like this and never go down. 10 on 10 for home cooked food, exceptional customer service by their chef, Kamal, the boy who served us and took excellent care of us, Mr. Praveen, the manager and each and every staff there is very courteous and well behaved. I asked for for ajwain after my meal and Kamal ensured to serve our lemongrass tea and ajwain after every meal without asking. A small but very sweet gesture which shows outstanding customer service. We are a delighted customer and highly recommend this place if you're looking for a detox time got self reflection amidst nature and someone to pamper you. Team 7 Pines, keep up the good work. Do not let this slip all. Kudos!

The place is fantastic, seems someone who really likes aesthetics made this. The scenery is amazing. The staff super courteous. It was like a nice semi luxury 7 Pines Kasauli away from home. The place does not have much to do but you could go for a couple of treks and enjoy the surrounding beauty. If you have driven there you could go to Kasauli mall road etc but it is about 30 minutes away. I would suggest to take a dinner plan with your room when purchasing the stay, since food is fantastic and fresh, but if you order separately it would be costly.
The place is fantastic. The scenery is amazing. The staff super courteous. It was like a nice semi luxury 7 Pines Kasauli away from home. The room was nice and cozy, the bathroom had amenities like brush paste comb lotions.

We had an excellent stay. The customer service was very good each staff member is well trained. Chef is good and makes awesome home cooked food and went out of the way to fulfill our requests of salad and cheese cake. The manager of the property, Mr. Kondal was extremely helpful too. A special mention to Kamal the guy who served us during our stay. He was exceptional in the way he took care of us. Outstanding customer service. This place is awesome if you enjoy serene, peaceful nature and environment where you can hear birds chirping and see beautiful mountains and pine trees. Highly recommended for families, group of friends and even couples who like peaceful and tastefully done up places. Team 7 Pines, please keep up the quality as that's your winning point! Kudos!

7 Pines is an absolute gem. It's a beautiful property and is a perfect weekend getaway if the sole purpose is to just relax. The hospitality is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful and active. The owners have a great taste as is reflected via each and every item placed inside the property, whether it is the beds, side tables, dining tables. WiFi connectivity is something that can be improved. Ideal destination if you plan to go with a group rather than going alone. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here with my couple of friends amazing staff very cooperative food is amazing tasty and healthy cleanliness and hygiene is very good the properly take care of their customers with their comfort and with everything this 7 Pines Kasauli is very good but there is only one requirement they have to add on the the LCD is in the room wall because everyone have their own preference two watch that they do not have in the room for tv you have to bear the common area otherwise each and everything is very good.

Amazing stay, clean lavishing rooms, very generous staff, greenery, food was like your at home, outstanding views, there is no tv in the rooms, there is a common lobby area where we can sit and enjoy tv, library of books, games for kids, scenic beauty, away from noise, calm and peaceful stay, whoever 's Reading a must visit place, not like 7 Pines Kasaulis, it's a bonding place, I will definitely go again and again, loved it, thanks to MakeMyTrip for suggestions and hats off to its owner and the staff.

Overall great. Road to it is quite broken in between. Special thanks to chaman for taking great care. Wasn't upgraded to cedar inspite of them being vacant, manager refused, seemed quite a lot on rules. Great view as well.
Stay was great. Food was good, felt at home. Road to this quite broken. Had asked for upgrade to cedar rooms but manager refused in spite of all of them being empty on that day. They could have given us since 5 stars easily give without any notch if they are running vacant.

This has been one of the best places we have been to. The place is amazing. Everything surpassed my expectations we were expecting just a clean and cost room but the place had number of places to have cozy coffee dates, romantic dinner plus it had valleys view not just Valley view. Loved it in all aspects. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Well a small piece of advice for anyone visiting 7 pines don't waste your time going to Kasauli as it will be sheer waste of your time as nothing is.

Hotel location is very peaceful far from noisy places and food was great good hospitality everything was available even you can play with there pets too they were so friendly. Chaman was so helpful who was a attendant over there and guided us and taken us for a small tracking with three dogs (Alloo, Lauki and Bhindi) there names thanks a lot Chaman full marks for him and manager Praveen also done a great job he made us feel homely thanks.

It's a beautiful property, you would have a great time staying at this place. Surely one of the most beautiful places available in this region

I have stayed here for 2 nights on 21st Nov. Hotel is located in a peaceful place away from city noises. We had wonderful experience. Food and service is excellent. I would definitely come again and would recommend to those who want some quiet and leisure time.

Felt like home, comfort of a five star and food on top of it was delicious.
Room size was good and all basic amenities were provided, peaceful location and a very courteous staff.

An amazing experience of home away from home as you feel very close to nature and fantastic hospitality by the staff in terms of food, service etc. Must visit.
