Location - if you are visiting during summers, don’t expect the temperature of the location to be similar to patnitop as it is located at much lower level, it was pleasant but certainly does-not get the chilled breeze that you travel-led so much for. Patnitop and nathatop weather was amazing. Also there isn’t much to see around, only a lake whose surroundings are also polluted. Maybe the location has more to offer during the winters as i saw it in the pictures. Food- the food was below average and very poor service. They have local staff who isn’t trained well. If you have experienced good service on your trips before or in hotels then you are going to regret staying here. Hygiene - the bed sheet and blankets were fine and no bed bugs. Washroom was also clean but the pressure in the shower was very slow and also there was no electricity in the rooms as well as in the washroom. I think they did-not have a power back up. Safety standard - the area looked safe and well guarded by a fence.

Place is good. All the amenities were great. The support system was great. Food was also good.

We planned a one day trip from jammu. On the way, we got many denials to not visit the place due to bad road condition(from nathatop to sanasar - a strech of approx 14 kms. We didn't have a 4*4 vehicle so we were too not confident about going ahead. Later we took the risk and went ahead. Yes the road was not that good, a strech of 4kms was very tough and we somehow traveled slowly, but it was all worth it. A scenic beauty and camping site of stay. Food was homely, i enjoyed having it. Water was warm. Yes next morning, everything was freeze d even the water in my car was freezed. From my experience, i recommend the visit and personally i would again visit in same season(but yes with a 4*4 vehicle. Regards basu sharma

The property location was good and the caretaker was helpful. The food was good. In the property, there was a great hygiene issue. Maintenance was not up to the mark. They need to improve their cleanliness and facilities. It can be recommended for friends to stay in.

The location was nice, it was easy to reach the property. The caretaker was also very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and the interior was also attractive. My total experience was beautiful. This property was Worth for the money I paid.

I think my captioned already elaborated about description of the hotel. It is at wonderful location. Without any disturbance. You will truly enjoy there. 5 star to this camp site hotel cum beautiful resort. It's perfect for couples or children or family. Even for old aged. I have travelled along with my parents and sister. 5/5 star to this hotel.

Things were not as per the expectations; we were allotted small tents which was difficult to adjust as I went with my family. Location is excellent, Food was good, the staff and the services were nice. Overall a good stay.

The location was actually very good, but it is not in the Patnitop, it is 22 km from Patnitop. And to locate the property was a big concern. Property is also very good, nice staff, nice facilities, and food quality were also good. I can recommend this property to all.

If you are keen to see beautiful places and this camp site must be in your list. What a great gesture and the place is so beautiful and peaceful that my words can't define it. This place is quite far from patnitop so one must have that in mind. Thanks to the owner for a cheerful new year party.
