A COCONUT VALLEY

It was the best location, with outstanding service provided by all the staff. very hygienic very friendly staff. The food was very tasty and was taken care of by our choice of taste. I visited recently on Nov2025. I am strongly suggesting this to my friends and family.

I had the worst experience with Coconut velly because there was no good service there, nor was there any call for repair of AC. Neither the service room was clean. Everything was bad nor was anything maintained properly.

Very bad experience, unhygienic. No amenities,, food is like street food only. Too high charges. No maintained. Complete water inside

There was no proper toiletries, electricity fluctuations, no proper food facility. the room which we booked were all sold and then we got an upgrade but the owner kept say8ng that it's an expensive room and we had to just give it away. the balcony was not clean. other rooms had various type of ants and other creatures. overall not so great experience

The hotel named it as a coconut valley RESORT but I would call it a cheap Guest house. Because that's how we felt there. My Husband and I went to palghar to attend a wedding and we were not gonna stay in the hotel room for more than a few hours, still the moment we checked in the room My husband started looking for other stay options nearby. Now about the room and its cleanliness, then to be honest there was none. The bedsheets & pillowcases were dirty. The lizard poop was there on the Tv stand, window and table. Even the bathroom was dirty. In the bathroom, the tap water was not clean, it had so much waste in it. Then the glass of windows were kind of transparent, so you'll have privacy concerns also. And lastly the MOST IRRITATING thing was the electricity issue. We experienced electricity On/ Off situation at every 5 minutes, and I'm not exaggerating here. The wiring of the ceiling fan was also risky, the wire got twisted with the fan with a loud thump. The overall experience was just TERRIBLE. Just the staff of the resort was a little bit helpful.

Food was good, facilities was average

The property is well kept, the manager is very helpful. However, please do not use the flex check-in feature, this property will deny it even though it's part of the booking. The food is what you'd expect at a resort type place. It takes 5 mins by a motorcycle to reach Kelwa beach, so that's great!

Since i entered in the hotel, there is almost all time cut down for electricity in the room for whole day. And when asked about it to reception, there answer is light will come shortly. And also at night electricity gone for hour. Terrible experience

Hospitality was little ok but room maintenance need more to work on many things informed same to hotel manager

Location was excellent, very basic rooms, dont expect good veg food over here. I am giving 5 star cause of location amazing lawn and was quite peaceful

Room 3/5 no table, no blanket, dirty bedsheet. Food is available on demand, with limited menu. Food quality is very good and tasty. Garden and swimming pool is not maintained.

Room was maintained clean. Felt like home

Nice place to hangout with your dear and near ones. Good natural feeling.

There is no net on the windows as well as on the bathroom window resulting into a lizard appeared in the room. Otherwise stay was pleasant.

Rooms are not well maintain and not so good, but hotel service and food are good. Special staff is very co-operative.
