A R Residency

I stayed at AR Residency for one night to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, the staff was courteous, and the location was convenient. The service was smooth, and I had no major issues during my stay. However, the only downside was the toilet and bathroom, which were not as clean or well-maintained as expected. While it didn't completely ruin the experience, a little more attention to hygiene and upkeep in this area would make a significant difference. Despite this, my stay was enjoyable, and I would consider staying again if the cleanliness of the washroom improves.

The room was clean and spacious, but could have worked on maintaining toilet amenities. The receptionist and the room boy were very helpful. The lounge area is well maintained. Though the residency is in a gully area, the A R Residency management provided facilities to avoid foul smell from the gutters and mosquitoes.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The A R Residency is very good to stay, with the metro, just couple of steps away. If you're looking for something affordable with easy metro access, A R Residency is your option.

Stay was good, staff is very helpful. Lots of restaurants and food joints just outside the A R Residency and very convenient location. It's just 2-3 min walk for okhla vihar metro station.

Nice A R Residency with good facilities. Metro station is nearby. Staffs are super helpful. Overall a good experience and would recommend if staying in that area.

It's a comfortable budget A R Residency which is near Jamia University and Metro for T1 and Noida available from the doorsteps.

The owner or the receiver was very polite and helpful, he took care of all the things, at the late hour we were checked in and given a good and maintained room.

We stayed in this A R Residency for 2 days and it was a great stay. Many A R Residencys around. Nearby metro station. Courteous staff and tasty breakfast.
