A V Residency

I got a much more beautiful stay here than I expected. The rooms were all very clean and beautiful...

They included breakfast, but they directed us to a nearby shop by giving a slip, they have no restaurant at all. Should they not be offered breakfast, we would have breakfast from any shop of our choice.

In bathroom no towel hooks was there and not maintenance well. Breakfast mess is cheap given and poor

easily accessible location and a good place to stay, spacious rooms with amenities also calm and comfortable

Good room, easily accessible from ernakulam train railway station,Lift is working,23 x7 hot water is there,you can get autos,uber and ola easily

I had a good experience during the stay. it was quite comfortable and had basic amenities such as a geyser, wifi, etc. There is no food and I am not aware of any restaurant available inside the hotel.

The rooms were so badly maintained. The blanket provided was having cigarette smell. It wasnt washed properly, i felt so. Also, the room and verandah atmosphere is filled with smell of cigarette smoke. Also they did not provide any towel in the room. The good things, well, The size of the room was good, it was spacious, hence am giving it a poor rating and not terrible for rooms. It would have been better if they had cared a little more to keep the rooms and ambience neat and tidy.

Location is good but rooms are too small. We can get bigger rooms for the same price no proper service. For complimentary breakfast we need to go other hotel for breakfast.

Cons : we booked for 3 pax. For that room was not spacious. No restaurant in the hotel. Otherwise evening is ok. Pros : walkable distance from ernakulam north rely station. Many veg and non veg restaurants near by. Very courteous staff. Clean room we got. Bathroom was also neat. 24 hours hot water. Value for money.

Room, linen was not clean for non ac room. Blanket was not provided. Bathroom is alo not clean as expected

The owner was well behaved but the staffs were very rude. The room was not clean and good condition

Very low in fecility. Old ac. Room and bed are not clean. Allowing smoking stairs it will very bad experience for family. And side stairs disturbing. They creating noic. Hotel management not seeing this all

Neat budget hotel near ernakulam north railway station. Stayed for a day with check in done very late at 3am in the morning. Staff was cooperative and even let us extend the check out by 2 hours. All in all, a value for money and safe place to stay for short visits. Stayed in non ac room.

Good experience all together. Rooms were clean. Customer service was satisfactory. Reception was also helpful

Its very congested and the room were not well cleaned. A bad smell inside the room and the bathroom is very small.

Nice room and good treatment. Staffs and hospitality were awesome.
