Aachman Nature Valley Resort

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with anything needed. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing. Overall, a smooth and satisfying stay — definitely worth recommending!

The hotel's picturesque location and breathtaking views are truly stunning, but the cleanliness and food quality need some improvement. To enhance the guest experience, it would be great if the hotel conducted regular checks on linens, including pillows, bed sheets, and covers, to ensure they're in good condition. Additionally, the reception team could benefit from being more aware of booked packages and proactively providing the included facilities without needing guests to ask or remind them.

Property is good but there is a clear lack of sops in staff. Nobody knows what to do and how to do. Lot of efforts needed to at-least train the staff to act professionally. Food is also less than average with very less options.

The roads were quite steap and down the valley, We had to rent a small vehicle just to reach main road which burdened us paying Rs 2000 extra. Also the hospitality was bad as there was shortage of staff everyday.

Pleasent experience at aachman resort with supportive staff. Food menu is limited due to off season but its yummy.

Our stay in Aachman was a wonderful experience. Guests were welcomed with a broad smile. Comfortable rooms, beautiful view, tasty food, quick service, helpful staff. Ride to the hotel itself was an adventure. Thank you Aachman for making our Shimla visit a memorable one.

Good food good room

Do not book this hotel with respect to Shimla. Only suitable if you are a view lover. Found it to be a bit overpriced according to the location.

Property location was poor. There was nothing planned for the new year eve. They informed that their will be bonfire but nothing was available at the facility. Service was very bad as well.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the room service i received during my recent stay from 29th dc to 30th dec. From the start, the room service experience was far from what i expected. I placed an order of dinner, but unfortunately the wrong items were delivered every time and the quality of the food was not good. We arrived at the designated breakfast area at and found that breakfast buffet were unavailable and the staff was unhelpful. When i brought these concerns to the attention of the reception staff, the issue was ignored and no solutions were offered.
