The hotel is not worth to its tarrif. Very poorly managed . Services are very poor. A water issue was flagged , it could not be resolved even after 16 hrs . During check out a considerable time was taken to bring the luggage . The approach to the hotel very bad .

Requires own vehicle for traveling. The resort is in a serene location, well maintained, and serves sumptuous food.

Lack professionalism, aminities are average. food was a nightmare. pool is never cleaned or the water quality is extemely poor. even though the staffs are polite, the lack proffessionalism. The roads to the property is horrific, No medicines available. the morning shift staffs are ok. but the night shift team is not helpful Staff attitude and hospitality is perfect. Location - waves in sea from balcony to rainy Harsh ⛱️ sea side dinning at HAWA Good food 🥝 desi items to relish even inside the room or garden. Amenities & services - reachable though remote Thankyou MakeMyTrip or else not the same.

good experience, It's about four kilometers from sea, that's a problem.The room I took was fine, it was a clean room.

The room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The road might too narrow.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive making me feel right at home. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience.

The property is at a prime location with an explicit view of the ocean. The delicious food and the lucious green ambience with a wide range of amenities topped with excellent hospitality. I would love to avail the same stay next time as well.

Stay location was peaceful and had amazing views. Staffs were helpful and polite. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was average compared to the price.

The hotel rooms were very nice And the staff there was also very nice If I ever go back there, I would stay in this hotel

The location was a bit hard to get to, the roads were not well maintained. The resort ambience was perfect for family and couples. The food is a bit expensive but overall it was a good experience.

Everything like room, ayurveda spa, restaurant staff(( Sowmiya) , location and reception staff ( Sooraj) are good

One of the worst hotel i have never seen they have no experience in hotel line no light in bathroom no lamp night lamp in room
