Property's location is very good, right at the center of Saputara, the food was very delicious as well, the housekeeping service was very prompt and courteous

Accommodation was nice, but food especially the dinner was tasteless and too early 1-2 items are not available and quality of some items were not really upto the mark. The items were pale and cold.

Hotel is over all very good. Service at the table is refused at the time of breakfast fast, only self service which is quite unusual.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to the make my trip travellers. The best part is its location. One can keep viewing the beauty of lake and surroundings from the hotel room itself. Food and services are also great. The only pain area is it's expensive.

Lovely location, courteous staff but needs maintenance in some rooms and parts. We had booked 4 rooms of which, 2 were really nice and neat, while other two had leakages in bathroom and rooms were not as clean as needed. Nice stay, luxury room,pool and entertainment activities and other amenities. I feel a slightly higher rate.
