The property is kinda lux city. You should have a car to travel inside. Otherwise they will charge Rs 200 per pickup from your room. The buffet breakfast is 3.5 star at best. Extremely costly food is you order. Try to take dinner package. The pool, restaurant, dining area, temple are all situated at far off places of atleast 5-7 kms. Early morning try to take climb to Korigad fort.

Over all stay was very good. The staff, was very gentle and helpful the breakfast options was very good. Only drawback is that the alakart food menu is very expensive

We had a pleasant stay for 1 nights. The property is huge and a vehicle is needed to move around. The cottages were beautiful and well maintained. Overall slightly on the expensive side but it's worth it given the complete nature experience. It may be preferable to visit with a small group instead of individuals or just couples

The property is in terrible shape — more like an old, abandoned bungalow. Management shows zero interest in guest comfort or maintenance. Food is overpriced, basic needs are ignored, and their “welcome band” feels pointless. Guests are left to find locations on their own, 7–10 minutes apart by car, with no proper transport support. Without your own vehicle, don’t even think of coming — it’s a waste of time and money. Not recommended at all, except maybe for a haunted house shoot!

Had a wonderful stay at the property. Amazing place and very well maintained given the massive size of the property. Dhol playing at the reception entrance makes all incoming guests feel very special. Multiple restaurants available for various types of cuisines. The giant swings and the flying restaurant are amazing. Also loved the location and vibe of the Lake Front Cafe. Child friendly and scenic places within the vicinity to explore.

Washrooms are so bad and broken. And this property as staff says it’s a 5 star property . Rusted tiles, poor drainage and uncleanliness. Really they should start renovating their property soon. Also breakfast buffet was not good at all. Not worth the price. Everything is over expensive specially in tapri 200 rs for a 10 rs Maggi and 60 rs for a watery chai. Not worth it.

Worst Experience of Resorts

We stayed at Aveda Suites for the 2nd time and trust me I have had the worst experience of resorts here. The property is now well kept. The room smelled of mold. Patio is broken. The AC Console doesn’t work - so you cannot change the temp.
