first of all you check hotel location it's end on sbi bank towards starting entry of nanital but once I will reached at location hotel reception boy has give another location it's almost 2 km away from your location and there is no way to go at nainital Mall road only option that I was hiring a cab for pickup and drop why you are doing this type of thing it was not fair and experience was so bad with Make My trip

property is not in correct location and the rooms are very bad. even e beggar can't stay. The hotel staffs are hearing our private discussion and spreading outside

The whole room, the center had a smell and the property that was shown was just walking distance from Lakeview From the location there were streets, location far away, complete smell, bathroom Ganda third class

It’s was terrible to find out the hotel. Location was very far from given by make my trip. So I am trying to go court for this difficulty. Food was good and service was good too. But as you given the location it’s looks like cheating the customer. Food was good Manger was good Location a little far from main location given on webpage.

Bad condition, no amenities, insects, rooms are in the basement suffocation, so smell, very far from lake, horrible

One of the room is so smelly and after several request they havent change the room n dont have any room . So terrible experience to stay in aamod nainital

The property is located in the basement. Hence, the floors of the rooms remain sticky, dirty and unhygienic. If one is returned to the room after sight seeing, room stinks and the staff members do not pay any attention to such matters though they are repeatedly requested. While booking through MMT, it is not disclosed by the site that all the rooms of the property are located beneath the ground level which is crucial and turns out to be a harrowing experience for any travelers. Rest of things, I leave it to your wisdom.

Over priced as per amenities as bedsheets was dirty , dinning area was dirty and messed . Hotel in good location but not so worth.

I have seen worst hotel in my life.dont have words to describe the experience.2.5 kilometres from Lake and main market.food was good but ambience was pathetic,found worms in rooms with no window and smell in bed and blankets.

This is the worst stay of my life. Poor location, poor staff, poor hygiene and poor food. Incorrect location is updated and seems there is no scrutiny is done as the location is incorrectly updated. I was looking for a stay at mall road, Nainital and booked this property looking at mentioned location which is Incorrectly updated and also incorrect map location but no checkup from a reliable brand that disappoints a lot. I will never trust in future and will not recommend any one. Pathetic amenities or should i say no amenities at all. No bathroom or room hygiene. Pathetic service and staff attitude. I would also mark this on social media so that other people do not face such bad experience.

My experience with this property was terrible—I checked out within 15 minutes. Reaching the location itself is a challenge, especially if you're arriving by vehicle. Nearly 90% of the hotel is built like a basement, with no ventilation whatsoever. Most rooms lack any kind of window or proper airflow. When they first showed me the so-called "Deluxe Room," I was shocked to see . The room was suffocating and dark. When I questioned the staff, they admitted that all rooms were underground and had no windows. I then approached the receptionist to cancel my reservation, but he offered me a tiny first-floor room with a window—only to reveal a smelly and unpleasant view. In almost 15 mins I left the property & booked another hotel. This kind of property should not be listed for families. should thoroughly verify such listings before allowing them on their platform.

Overall it was a good experience. The service is very quick and good. Like your hospitality the hotel is little far away from the mall road. The staff is very good and welcoming.

Food was delicious Front desk staff was available on 2am for help in finding property location hotel staff was very cooperative overall service is excellent

The facilities available in the property are not for old or disabled people as there is no lift, the mattresses are too hard, washrooms are very small. We faced wifi issues as well and we couldn't use the mobile data as the rooms are in the basement. Food was okay but too expensive.
