Geyser was not working for bath with hot water

Food was too poor. Very bad quality of food even same thing told to hotel staff also...

Rooms are dirty. Parking is not available though it comes up on mm t search with filters including parking. This is quite misleading for guests trying to have a place with parking facility.

Ac deluxe rooms are spacious and can accommodate 3 people in a single room. The washroom and area is clean. The location is near the railway station. The price is worth it and with supportive staff. Rooms that are towards the road side are a little noisy in early morning due to traffic movement. The market is downstairs for food and for other requirements.

Mm t should verify the truthness for the facilities amenities before posting. The room was without tv. The toilet was terrible- washbasin drain not connected and water flow below foot before going to drain. Poor window ac with holes around it - allowed mosquitoes. Could not change room/hotel due to old aged mother and had to stay in such terrible condition.

Good budget hotel, hotel available at railway road and very near from railway junction, bed and TV available. Hotel near to harkipauri and mansa devi temple. Govt bus stop and private bus stop both as near.

Not parking use parking of railway. Hotel nice place and location but parking problem. Very risky parking hotel. But hotel staff is fully cooperative.

I stayed with family in the hotel, location is very good, bang on Railway station exit, so no need to hire a taxi. Room sizes are good and staff is very helpful. Recommended for family too. The nearby market allows you to check-in and check out any time.

Don't go to this Hotel if you want peaceful good night sleep because of heavy traffic below. And if you have arthritis and cannot climb staircase as there is no lift. And if you want hot or Luke warm water in room as there is no geyser in room. I stayed here for three days with my wife and no one came to clean room or bathroom or to change bedsheets. The blanket provided was so dirty that we did not use it. Workers there openly ask tips (bakshish). They don't even have RO Water for customers. We carried our drinking water from outside. Now good things about this Hotel. Very near to Railway station, Har Ki Paudi, hundreds of cheap and good eating joints, bus stand at walking distance. Can get rickshaw E. Rickshaw or cycle Rickshaw at anytime. They serve food brought from outside.

Hotel is average, rooms are not look like as in pics but still OK to stay for one night. In pics I saw an LED TV on the wall but in actual it was too small and hardly recognize the characters and the important thing is don't try to leave the outer gate open, monkeys will come into the room in morning. There is no parking facility.

Hotel is near to Har ki Pauri and good behavior of all staff. Value for money. Suitable for family. My visit for one night and I feel good experience. I suggest to all Haridwar visitor for stay in this budget hotel because everything good about this hotel.

Value for money, good budget hotel, location is easily reachable, food availability and taste normal. Hotel look is beautiful. Budget hotel with this much amenity I have never seen in my entire life. The rooms are common but are good to stay. Everyone should try.

This is the most worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. The rooms are so common like waiting room of railway station. Being on the opposite of city railway station all the announcements and train noise are coming to room for 24 hrs. The glass of windows were broken and you can't sleep. AC was not in working condition. Very poor service. I will not recommend anyone to be in this hotel. Full waste of money.

I booked the hotel for 1 night, the day I was suppose to check-in, I talked to the owner/manager (the details provided by MMT ) that we will reach by late evening today, at that time he confirmed that it will not be an issue for late check in as you have an confirmed booking. Unfortunately we reached Haridwar little late as expected but while check-in the staff at reception straight away refused to allot the room to us and said there was no intimation from your side so we allocated your room to someone else. After so much argument he somehow managed a room to a nearby guest house, which was just an average room to spend a night. There were no proper curtains, no privacy at all, toilet flash was not working. Actually hotel is earning double on a single room, one is from pre bookings thru MMT and second from walk in customers. Will never recommend anyone to stay there, will recommend MMT to black list such hotels to save MMT goodwill.
