It was a pleasant day and it is nearby temples, so it was like very convenient, so I think it's for my fifth time. I'm staying there. It's good.

Pleasent stay. Near to Thirumanmkunnu temple. Overall very good experience . I recommend Arya residency for safe and pleasant stay.

It’s actually not welcoming. Property and facilities are good but for the outsiders behaviour was very cold.

stingy rooms and bathrooms,only one towel provided that too not clean. water bottle provided was not sealed

Not suitable for families. The water bottle kept in the room was not sealed washroom was stinking bedsheet and towels not properly cleaned not telephonic line to contact reception staff is fine, but doesn't know hospitality i thought of taking pics but feel nothing will change as make my trip will keep listing such hotels. If u can do timely checks in the hotels then that will be best.

Good ambience, parking available and room service is good

It's a neat and accessible place to stay with reasonable price and average staff. Nothing extra ordinary to mention.

Travel-led as a family. Worth every money spent. Decent room size and amenities. Very safe place, on the main road, easy access to angadipuram railway station and temples. They have regular customers coming in only bcoz the hotel is upto their satisfaction. Gfloor, there is a restaurant with gut friendly food. Thumbs up from my side.

No phone in room, food was good, room was also good, service need to improve. My mother had to ask tow three time for soap, & towel l

The receptionist at the hotel demanded & took rs 400- from me telling that should be checked in only after 1 pm. It's the first time i am hearing about checking in in the afternoon.

Had a seamless check-in and check-out process. The room was neat and tidy and had all the required facilities. Room was spacious enough for a family. The toilet facilities was also great and it was also kept clean, but was somewhat small. Don't expect a great view outside. The hotel is situated near the national highway hence easy accessibility. Definitely an affordable option and worth every penny.

Hotel is in prime location, veg restaurant available in the same hotel building, and it's near to thirumandhamkunnu temple

It is located in a very busy road area. Room was spacious. Moderately neat. Very poor hospitality. Not even a person was there to receive or help with luggage. No drinking hot water or room service.

Neat and clean. Quick service. Cleanness is good but can be improved. Need more plug points in room.

Accommodation very nice experience, ambience was good, bathroom was clean and good. Parking available, food facilities upto 10 pm, nearest hotel after 10 pm not available, however aryabhavan food was good. Room was very hot atmosphere, required some exauster facility.

I stayed with family. The room was not clean and had lot of dust and potatoes and ac was barely working. There was a drain smell when we opened the windows. This was room no. 103. My relatives stayed in other rooms which were better. Do check the rooms and then continue to stay. Mine was very unpleasant.

Comfortable sleep, decently clean toilet and bath.

Excellent stay with family members, good restaurants and food, good service, receptionist can be more effective with plea-sent gester and conversation
