Very bad experience. 8k for nothing. rooms are not maintained. It felt like no one was living there for years. though the hosts were good to us however, MMT has fooled us with the rates and the property. never going to book again with MMT. I stayed only for one night as i was on road trip to konkan beaches. My stay was good, property owners are good and knowledgeable. Overall is good.

This property is having 4 rooms. 2 are in very good location and 2 are at very poor location. Make sure that you have booked the rooms which are showing in photographs. Location is very near to diveagar beach. At walking distance. Room facilities are poor. There are no drawers, cupboards and not even basic things like cloth hanging hooks. My four stars only for location.
