Staff is very good and go by rules and make the stay bit annoying. Food is good Recommend only if you are looking for budget stay. Hotel is good with lavish wooden interior and a decent bathroom. Room service is great with good supportive staff. Overall experience was good and would recommend. I have ordered food and wine to the room. The service was very fast. Food quality is good with good taste and the quantity is also good. Food and wine was served at my room and immediate payment was taken by bringing the qr code along with the order, which was pretty impressive. I had to check out early in the next morning. Due to the easy payment, there was no hurdle near reception during checkout, and i was out in 2 minutes. Location is in hinjewadi, it was very convenient stay as per my requirement.

Excellent location. Very good staff. Homely food but make sure your package is breakfast included. Even if it is not, no problem. You can go downstairs and have it @100/day. Toilets are neat. It was my second visit to arya regency at this time. I did, however, have my parents with me. The personnel was really kind, and the stay was enjoyable. Services were well-coordinated, and the subsequent guest reported a comparable experience. Overall, my stay at arya regency was pleasant, and i would suggest the same Aarya Regency to my colleagues.

Check in process was quick, but they charged me rs. 400 for 2 hours early check in and rs. 500 for 2. 5 hrs late check out. Basic facilities like kitchenette, daily housekeeping, news paper and electric kettle were not available. Refrigerator was there but not functioning and wi-fi services were down the entire day.

All good. Food was good and tasty. Room was clean. Only concern is room service. They don't clean the room on there own. We have to call for room cleaning. And water bottle they provide only on request. We stayed for 3 days. First day only they provide 2 water bottles. After they only on request they provide.

It was a pleasant stay. All the amenities provided were adequate to experience a comfortable stay. There was hot water available 24/7. The room service was great and quick. The location was good because of many restaurants nearby within walking distance. Overall it was a great place to halt at pune.

Overall stay was nice, room service was good and prompt. Location is on main road, so easier to commute. Hotel management were responsible there, best part was when i left my charger while check out post then they called and informed us abt same and kept it safe for next visit.

Hotel is in very good location. Staff is polite and helpful. Cleanliness can be better. Ac don't work. Tv was working. Owner is very good and respectful and help us in check in. Over all good for business travellers, solo travellers.

The stay was good, comfortable and relaxing, but breakfast choices needs to be improved in terms of quality and at least 3 to 4 choices, please at-least choice in tea and coffee is must. Overall good stay i budget. Some improvement is for sure required.
