I had a fantastic stay as the property is situated at Lodha Casa Ultima primarily due to its incredibly convenient location right next to the iThink office campus. This made my commute effortless. Beyond the prime location, the support staff truly stood out. Ankush and Ranjeeta were consistently courteous, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Their helpfulness made a real difference. I highly recommend this for anyone needing accommodation in this area, especially those working at or visiting iThink.

Sorry Dinesh, you came during Cold Play concert day, we had police coming in advance to tell us that every person who stays during coldplay concert will be checked for drugs and alcohol so we couldn't honor your booking. Really sorry

Stay location was excellent. Interior was average but bathrooms and toilet was below average. Room service was below average people were good but cleaning and toilet utensils like towel and bed sheets was not provided for second and third day

soloThere does exist a communication issue with the owner. I had a terrible experience while requesting for early check-in. So far people have accepted such requests citing valid reasons. However she is charging 20 percent of the total booking amount per hour. In spite of agreement on check in at 12 pm, she did not allow my entry. She cancel-led my booking at the last moment citing the reason, i might give her the bad review. As she had cancel-led the check in at the last moment, i could not resist myself to give this stay a bad review.

Disgusting staff, no proper management. The property owner and staff doesn't know how to speak pure waste of time i feel they are running this business illegal

If you loose house keys, lock yourself out of house at 10pm how can you expect quick response to problem. We had to scramble to find a new keymaker at that time, so your waiting time in lobby was unavoidable Also, you were asking for extension of stay, if so many issues you had then why did you want extension

familyLocation is great. Support staff sakshi is prompt in resolving your complaints and helping too. Their policy to adhere strictly for identification is good to avoid fraudulent activities, i like the property !
