Sorry Sir apko Jo bhi issue hua. But apka check in time 3.00 Pm tha or apne check in early morning kiya jo bhi 7.00 Am tb bhi asa koi seen nhi hua ki apko room clean nhi Diya gya... Apko 2 bar room clean karwa ke diya gya.

the hotel that we stayed in was terrible and service was not expected. The staff was not good my family suffered a lot. from my side that type of service is not required for any family or a single person. The room's condition was very poor, after so many complaints hotel staff did not change it and argued with us. We pay to stay not to face this type of issues. This is horrible.

Wash basin tap break and blanket was dirty doormat also dirty but ac work fully and wifi also provide us staff behavior is good so i give average rating not good hope they improve in this so next time I definitely give excellent rating thank you so much

The hotel was very poor. Facilities are also not good. The room I got, that was not clean, not even towel and toilet are clean. Then bedsheets and duvet is also not clean, it was used duvet and bedsheets and not washed.
