The Aashiyana | Rooms in a Service Apartment is just perfect for the family to stay in Nasik. It is located centrally on the most buzzing College Road. The entire 5 floored residential apartment is converted into staying purpose. It is very safe, convenient and cozy. Staff is excellent, they are super supportive. Especially the caretaker Uday is a Rockstar who manages the show of giving service with a smile. We were given room no. 301 which had an issue of mites on our bed so next day we were shifted to Room no. 202, which was good with a balcony as well. Mohan and Bagul are into management and the owner is based in Germany. I am happy and would highly recommend to family travellers looking for good options.

I chose this property because of its positive reviews as well as being away from the main city of nashik. The location did not disappoint and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I found the ameneties (wifi, common sitting room, breakfast on the terrace) and services to be very good as well. All the staff members are very helpful (in particular mohanbhai and udaybhai) with whom i have had long conversations to get to know each other and get helpful options with my travel plans as mohanbhai has extensive knowledge and experience in that area. Highly recommended.

Our family stayed for 2 days. It was a nice stay with relaxation. Very calm place n nice location though situated in heart of the city. Mr bagel administers very well. Mr udya n mr manohar give nice hospitality. Cleanliness breakfast also was very good. Recommended for a good stay. Thanks ashiyana

The location of Aashiyana | Rooms in a Service Apartment is good. Cleaning need to be improved. Hotel is actually an apartment with four five rooms each room are allotted to different occupants. Drawing dinning is common. Service is average.

Ashiyana room in studio apartment is just your second home when you visit nashik. Homely stay, food and hygiene. Calm & quite, giving you sound sleep to start a new day afresh on getting up next morning. Enjoyed.

I stay 3 night at aasiyana service appointment, it was very good experience for me, feeling like stay at home, service, food, care taker and all staff is good and supportive. Location also centre of nashik city.

Good location with reasonable amenities all maintained properly. All security aspects are being implemented without any harassment to the guest. The manager and the owner are both cordial and enterprising.

Very nice stay for family or group where you can share one floor with all privacy being taken care as separate rooms. Very nice & friendly staff. I would say very good choice at this price specially.
