I stayed here for four days , The property is good and clean , and is near to North beaches , the rooms are good and is good for families , bachelors , it is near to the market also, near by walkable distance restaurants also available, I used kitchen very much 👍✈️🎉💐

WORST PROPERTY WITH WORST RUDE AND NON CO OPERATIVE STAFF AND THEY DIDNT EVEN ALOWED MY SECOND PARTNER AND ASKED FOR EXTRA DOUBLE MONEY AND WE HAD TO SIFT ANOTHER HOTEL EVEN ALREADY PAID FOR 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE

The property construction was good rooms was not clean so many little cockroaches and bad smell room in room couch was not clean, swimming pool was not safety for kids, hot water issue for bath, no sops and shampoo mr. Firoz (manger) is very friendly and very co operative person he helped me lot, security person is good except cleanliness overall it was good time with aaavas elite and very much saftey stay for family i would like to request property owner please do the pest control at least twice in a month

It's good flat with adequate privacy. Most important is it has covered parking with 24/7 availability of watchman. It don't have in house kitchen but both drinks as well as food are available on call.

Our stay at avaas was so good and comfortable. The staff was very polite and cooperative as well as the property was the best.

Overall stay was good, washing machines was best option for long stay travelers. Need to give more utensils in the kitchen, at least basic ones

This is a bhk apartment room. And staying here was a wonderful experience. The check-in was smooth. And the property has pools though there are timings for that. There is a good size living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Living room is equipped with tv, a sofa set and floor lantern, where you can hang out, chill, have your meals. The kitchen is very spacious. It had a pot, sauce pan, a pan, induction cooktop, an electric kettle, r. O, plates, bowl, spoons, forks, mini fridge, automatic washing machine and enough space for storage. The bedroom is also good with wardrobe, hangers, iron. It has large windows and a glass door to the balcony. Balcony also has two chairs where you can chill out or dry clothes. Bathroom is also of a decent comfortable size. Food through room service is also good. Location wise also it is in a good place, not far away from famous beaches. You can rent a two wheeler or a four wheeler from outside the gate of the property. The experience with the scooty rent was also good.

We stayed there for 3 days and we quite like the place and the location. Its a well maintained service apartment with all amaneties required for a family. Very near to the beaches and the surrounding is full of eateries and restaurants. Overall vibes is very good. Event the staff and management are very helpful, they gave me early check in and agreed to provide me late check out because of same last minute changes in my flight schedule. Would like to visit this place again.

The hotel was good clean and fine. I was very comfortable with family. I never felt as hotel it's like home. Thank you. It was wonderful experience as home on the apartment. We all really liked it. We would like to come again. Thank you

If you’re a family couple travel-ling for the first time to goa then this place is a perfect choice. 100% safe and secure with 24hrs security. But the first disappointment was the booking page shows a feature that the room has a balcony but our room didn’t have one. Secondly the toilet seat, wash basin tap was broken upfront and we had to adjust throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, but the sofas, toilet screen, cot needs to be cleaned and maintained. There was also a tiny little black lizard that surprised us on the second day! please guys keep your rooms rodents and reptiles free. Overall a satisfactory experience. The staffs need an app***** well behaved and friendly.

Terrible. Place was isolated. Room was stinking and there were bugs all over. Stayed for 1 hour and left the premises. If u r with family then think before booking.
