Location is not good, receptionist asked money for water bottle (though being provided as complimentary in all stays.

From make my trip i find this property. which is good and comfortable. I like this property and the

Worst condition of room. Major smell untidy. No hot water nothing no towel. Badly disappointed 😞.

Aayna palace is average hotel. Cleaning not proper. But one person mr. Pawan singh is good person. Hope fully should be clean in future.

We had a comfortable stay at Aayna Palace, Katra for 3 days. The owner, Sri Pawan is very helpful and guided us well about the Yatra. He made our taxi arrangements too. Overall a very excellent experience with Aayna Palace

Good service friendly staff came along with family to visit vaishnov devi, at this time our trip badly affected as trains were rescheduled due to some ongoing protest, hotel staff understand our problem and helps us to adjust checkin and checkout time accordingly. Great keep it up

The place pkay okay. High height celings with old ceiling fans. Location is also tricky. Hiddden in a residential lane. The staff however was very gelpful

This is very nice place to stay in budgeted section. Very clean and hygienic room. The host is very polite and will welcome you very nicely. Very close to bus stand, railway station and badganga( origin of climbing ). Room size is decent and provides wifi that is savior in j&k where all your network goes down. They provide food also that is little bit expensive for the quality given but tasty. You can try pane-er bhurji and maggi.

I went to checkin on 14, room was booked from 13 to 15, however, hotel staff conveyed no room available as all rooms are occupied. They have not provided room in their hotel and provided a very cheap room wherein no ventilation and all walls were in pathetic condition and room was stinking badly resulting thereof we left the room after 2-3 hrs. Hotel staff not refunding the money asking us to ask makemytrip.
