Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort

It was a weekend trip to munnar with 3 nights at the abad copper castle. Lovely location with an amazing view of the hill, greenery and the serene noise of the flowing stream. Hospitality at the abad copper castle was very satisfactory with very helpful staff giving very good service right from the front desk, to the room service, gate security, room service to the restaurant staff. One of the house keeping staff, sudip pani was really prompt and helpful at the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort. Every staff at abad was really good at his service and the food at the restaurant was excellent and amazingly tasty. Loved the food and the variety served during breakfast and dinner. The Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort is situated at an excellent location which is very near to the munnar town and exit to the highway. The only challenge was mobile communication as zero mobile network for airtel, jio and vodafone customers. This is one reason for not getting the gps/map on mobile to locate the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort in munnar. The only mobile network that worked at abad was bsnl. Overall had a great and wonderful stay for the entire weekend and returned with wonderful memories.

Quality clean rooms, good service, good Kerala style food, hospitable staff and a great balcony view makes this Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort a prefect location in the hustling tourist spot at Munnar. The location is not to far from the main centre of Munnar, the road to the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort is narrow and a tad difficult to find the first time, but GPS can guide you easily. The Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort has ample parking, nice small garden, a swing and see-saw for kids, every other service a normal Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort would have with a bonus of bonfire and music on chilly nights. I took 2 deluxe rooms for my family, which are good and has inter connected door access.The WiFi was working well. All this made the stay over Weekend very pleasant. It's a much recommended place and is not too expensive.

Located in a good place but reaching there is horrible as roads are pathetic. Nice welcoming by staffs and rooms were ok. Facilities are average. Not even having tea/coffee maker and complimentary items in room. Everything is on chargeable basis. Food quality is below average. Not tasty at all. They used poor and old oil for frying chicken and the chicken 65 served was full of bones with no flesh in it. Pathetic food. Never expect from an Abad group of Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resorts. Security staffs were very supportive as they helped generously when my car tyre got a puncture. Mr. Binu from security staff was with us for changing tyre and he helped a lot. Overall staffs are good. But facilities in room and Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort can be improved.

Location is nice, away from the busy City, serene atmosphere. Though not far away from the City center. The pothamed viewpoint is at a walkable distance from the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort. Hospitality was excellent and the food was delightful. Complementary breakfast was decent and exceeded my expectations. Nice parking area. I would rate it a bit lower when it comes to the in-house amenities. Play area and recreational area were not up to the mark. Hairdryer and newspaper (given on the website) were not available. Cleanliness was superb. Nice housekeeping. Pleasant stay. Overall it would be a nice choice if u prefer to spend more time sightseeing and travel rather than relaxing at the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort.

We were 4 adults staying in two premium balcony rooms for three nights. The rooms, location, upkeep and food in the restaurant were all good. This Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort does not have an elevator (lift) and thus is unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The wardrobe in one of the rooms had a foul odor and i was told by the manager that it was being caused by the materials used in making the cabinet. Leaving the wardrobe doors open helped eliminate any impact on the clothes in the wardrobe. While there was no kettle in the room, the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort included free 'bed' coffee and tea service starting at 6 am. The included buffet breakfast was very good.

Abad copper castle tops with the location, food, service & neatness. One of the best that i had been so far. The only flip side is the room as it’s not worth the price. I booked the superior room with the pics shown in mmt, however in reality there’s no balcony in the superior room type as shown in mmt. When enquired at the front office, they reported it as not their problem but mmt’s. I recommend mm t to do a bit of due diligence before they publish pics as it may harm mmt’s credibility.

We stayed there as a couple in may-23. The location of the Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resort is breathtaking. We stayed in a balcony room. The view through the day is mesmerizing. Mr murali & his team are fantastic in taking care of the guest. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The rooms are clean & the food is delicious. Special mention : bins from f&b team, an-bu from front office. Thank you for taking care of us.

The property was conveniently located within the city and with all places of interest in vicinity. The service was very good, the food served here is certainly better than other Abad Copper Castle Hill Valley Resorts that we visited. Only issue that is minor is the parking. I guess during long weekends they tend to be filled up and you have to manage with what the security would suggest apart from this minor thing all things are good.

We stayed at the property for liesure with our parents. It had a great amenities and services are also very prompt. Would wish to come back again

Stayed at abad copper castle, the rooms are neat and well maintained, with a nice view, the breakfast buffet spread had limited menu but all of food items were really good, i really enjoyed the stay n food

Excellent property located in close proximity to munnar town and tourist destinations. Staffs are excellent and the property has been maintained extremely well. Everything is top notch.

Excellent ambience with misty days added vibes to our stay in munnar! good restaurant and still it maintains the flavours just like other abad restaurants. Easily accessible and close to few of the view points!

Had pleasant and wonderful stay. Would love to stay with them again. Only feedback is to improve the stay for drivers.

The stay at abad resort munnar was superb. We stayed for 2 nights and all the resources at the resort was good. The check in was quiet easy there was no issues with checkin. The food was also delicious. The room was clean and spacious and the main point is the view from the resort
