Abad Whispering Palms

Our stay at abad whispering palms, kumarakom was an excellent one. We had a memorable experience with family. Hospitality was simply great, right from the moment we entered our premises. Had ample parking space, and the security person guided us to the reception, where welcome drinks were served for us. Our check-in experience was a hassle free one with top-class reception members. We were escorted to our booked room. In-room amenities were simply superb. Got an extra bed too. They have got swimming pool, indoor/outdoor games, live instrumental music, wifi, etc. Can do boating too at a reasonable price. Food was really good. We got complimentary breakfast for our 2-night stay. It had a wide spread of dishes. We also had dinner buffet and al a carte in-room dining lunch. They also serve wonderful tea and evening snacks near the pool side. Kids really loved to be in the pool. Hardly any delay in any kind of services from the staff end. Housekeeping staff were also polite. We took a shikara boat ride for 1 hour. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here. Highly recommend one

"i recently had the pleasure of staying at abad whispering palms and it was by far the best stay i have ever had. The view of the sea from my room was breathtaking and made for a truly unforgettable experience. The food was exceptional and the service was top-notch. Every single member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for their guests was evident in everything they did. The resort itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The amenities were plentiful and made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I particularly enjoyed the pool with a lake view and the spa, which were both exceptional. The jain food here was the best of all my south trips overall, i highly recommend abad whispering palms to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. The resort's location, ambiance, and service make it a truly exceptional experience that i can't wait to return to.

1. Check-in was hassle free. 2. Staff is very courteous and friendly. 3. Swimming pool overlooking the lake vembanad is amazing. 4. Roos are of good size. They are neat and clean. Try to book rooms facing the lake. 5. For dinner, buffet and ala carte is available but they will try to push for the buffet. It's around 650+taxes. Ala carte menu is also priced on the higher side and it will take nearly 45mins to 1hr for the ordered food to get delivered and food was just average. 6. The breakfast buffet is amazing, and the room service menu is also reasonable. 7. Bar facility is not available. 8. Free wifi available. Indoor games, park and cycling is available and are free. Chargeable activities like boating etc are also there. Overall, it was a great experience. Could definitely try out if planning for staycation in kumarakom.

Abad whispering was part of our last-minute plan during this summer. We highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxed vacation stay. We stayed in a lake view property. Exceptional customer service by the whole staff and great value in terms of location and amenities. I must mention the names of the receptionist jancy and the restaurant in charge alvin and nithin. I cannot remember the names of everyone but again, the whole team is available for any help. We did the small boat 3 hrs trip and it was totally worth it, food is good. Overall great experience and highly recommend to all.

We stayed for 4 nights at abad whispering palms resort and it was truly a memorable experience. The room(garden view) was very comfortable with all necessary amenities. The staff at the reception as well as all housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The food was also awesome and all kerala delicacies was well prepared and delicious. Congrats to the chef. Would also like to mention about the manager who was available at all times and immediately attended to all queries and was very cordial with the guests. In short. A wonderful and memorable stay!

My experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment i arrived, the staff was extremely hospitable and made me feel right at home. The room with a garden view that i stayed in was spacious and well-appointed. The best part was that it offered better privacy than some of the other rooms like the one with lake view, which was a big plus for me. The food at the resort was also good. In short, the room with a garden view offers better privacy, and the food is outstanding, and the staff's hospitality is truly exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stay here with my family for two days in kumarakom, the property is in a nice location. I booked the lakeview apartments and got the cottage no 111. The first think which i like was the staff hospitality and the service provided the entire team. I feel that restaurant service can be improved and have the air conditioner. They also have different boat services, i went to boat jetty and took the boat they also charge 900 rs per hour, abad also charging the same and may be having a better boat. I can recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

In kumarakom there is not much happening outside resort. So your experience depends upon the resort 1)ambience 2) food 3) amenities 4) welcoming nature of the staff. All is good 4/5. The person in reception is very helpful n friendly. If at all a person want to come again it is about person and not amenities. Suggestion 1) 5 to 8 pm kid n family should be engaged with activities 2)should arrange a complimentary houseboat ride to pathirammal island morning ( large crowd with sharing will be an advantage to us)

Very beautiful view to the lakeside from swimming pool. It’s a good location for photo posing. Nice stay with family also, hospitality also excellent.

Stayed for a day at the garden view cottage. Excellent accomodation with the open roof bathroom really different.

Place was very soothing and clean. Manager was very friendly, staffs were very cooperative.

Location right on the vembanad lake, great view and ambience, convenient to go on boating right from outside your room itself
