Abbotsford Prasada Bhawan

The property has 7 rooms, 5 suites which cannot be booked thru MMT, and a room each of deluxe and standard category that is available in MMT. The pix of rooms in this site is not of deluxe or standard rooms. I booked the standard as that's what was available, and the room is very basic, as such if I paid 5k that would have been too much! It's not professional for MMT to show a view of a room and provide something completely different! The property on the other hand is beautiful, as good as it's written here..

Pros property is quite serene and very close to nature. Lots of different plants and trees all around the property. The serving staff are quite good and welcoming cons the location is not so near the mall road. You cannot simply take a walk. It's at a high altitude and if you are not a pro driver will will face issues in maneuvering through the steep slopes also, location shown on google maps is not correct. If you are planning to visit, do confirm the location by calling the property or else you will end up in trouble. The manager of the property is a lady who was quite un-friendly. She was not very welcoming.

Room is not neat and clean basic amenities like menu card is not in room room is very small and voice with neighbours clear in your room privacy issue big problem

We stayed at hil top 2 room, the hotel is situated at a steep cliff. We paid rs 7500 for a night stay, at this price point the rooms are not of adequate size. The water kettle is kept in the balcony so u have a climb 2 steps up and down to reach balcony and have access. In rooms their is no bed side plug point to charge your phone or other accessories. The food at the hotel kitchen is expensive n you do not get any varieties of options.

We stayed for 2 nights. The buggiest challange is the hotels locatlon. Its on a steep incline where even vehicles struggle to climb. I had a mg hector and despite being a powerful carm it really struggled in the steep incline. If you are traveling with elders or knee problem this place is not for you. The staff was excellent and food was very good too! although a bit expensive.

It was the good experience however there was no wifi in the room else everything was fine.

Loved the ambience. Very quite surrounding.

Hotel is a heritage property and you have to pay for that not for the quality and services.

Abbotsford estate is an amazing place to stay. Extremely peaceful location, great property with gardens and the greenery, comfortable rooms and above everything, very attentive and respectful staff. Would definitely love to go again.

Do visit this wonderful home-stay to enjoy your stay at this beautiful hill station. Close to the central area, and near to high court, this property will take your breath away. USP of this property is the managing person, who will make sure your comfort. She is the reason that we will return to this place anytime we visit Nainital.

The hotel is a beautiful cottage at the midst of scenic peaks at Nainital, peaceful and well maintained. Would love to visit again.

One of the best places I have stayed at, a very co-operative owner with full homely feeling. Just loved it. Would wait to visit back again. Recommended to one and all.
